Reed REALLY needs to drop those lap times a lot earlier in the main - I think he needs to time his charge a lot sooner a bit like he does when he crashes in the first turn.

His intensity doesn't seem to be where it has been in years past. I'm sure it'll come as he gets more comfortable and builds confidence with the new bike, especially after an off year.

Thats really a confidence thing, I think Reed was riding conservative the first half of the main and his confidence grew later in the race, Dungey passing Reed would of fired him up I'm sure. I think this race for Reed is just as or almost as good as a win for him, it will sure give him confidence knowing he was the fastest guy on the track at the end to get 2nd place back even though Stewart backed it off at the end.

You guys don't even know how good the battle between him and Dungey was. He passed Dungey for 2nd going up the face of the finishline jump on the LAST LAP! It was insane,Everyone went crazy. Don't miss it tomorrow.

Never been even close to being Reed`s fan but today I`m happy for him. If somebody deserves it- that`s him.

You guys need to remember that if he were to cartwheel that honda and hurt himself, he wouldnt have a rider under his tent at all!. now for money reasons and other reasons im sure he needs a guy on that bike on the track... specially being a brand new team.

Now im not saying thats why his results have been the way they have been, but thats definately something unique that would be in chads mind and not one other guy on the gate has to worry about. only 22.

Im certain hes been riding a lil withheld and safer, he has too, its his first year for the team. and hes killing it still!

think ull see him starting to get more aggressive soon.

Dont worry, if it was on the last lap, the cameras would have been focused on Stewart waving to the crowd. They probably missed the battle between Reed and Dungey.
