i hate that we're just an economic zone now and i hope both companies get a taste of our famous liability/tort law here too.  

 

off topic, but every kid i see on one of those things has a GUTS racing seat on it, so, kudos to those guys for seeing the opportunity in a new market and capitalizing on it.

The world is larger than the US, Talaria can sell them in other parts of the world, where Surron hasn't patented the technology.

^The US has to be one of the biggest markets for electric playbikes, however. This ruling hurts Talaria, for sure.
