I think if any one of them does it...the rest will follow- Chad knows where he should be and where he belongs...(he often references him and james as we) RD knows he has the speed to run with RV and Trey has been right there as well with Speed and has raced RV for awhile now...I think they just need to know that it can be done and RV he.lped with that last Sat- James was about 8 tenths faster than the field A1 and thats normal but this week Poto joined that group and even though people were supposedly taking it easy the diff between poto james and the rest was again near.8 these guys all know that they can and have in the past ran with RV and beat him before...IMO. It's the little bits of confidence for the youngins and the seat time for Reed....TC is my gues as the first unless RD can holeshot and lay down some serious perfection-

i think you are right everywhere but daytona it will be the RV show
Reedy is always solid and fast at Daytona,if I had to predict a place he would win ,it's Daytona.

2010,just for fun he came out hurt, with hardly no practice and set the fastest qualifying time of the day in the 450's.

2009,he won it.

2008,was a really bad mudder,I believe he led most the race and then had bike problems (bike blew up?) and KDub won.

2007,he was 3rd James & RC.

2006,he was 2nd to RC(hurt shoulder I believe).

2005,he won it.

2004,he won it.

2003,he was 2nd to RC.

2002,he won the 125 class.

I think it's going to be Chad.

I actually think Trey. Trey is finding his place and he fully expects to be up front. He may win before we get out of California. With Dungey, I fully expect him to find his groove and get after it about half way through. I think he is riding very carefully, just hoping that James and RV crash and give him some breathing room. That or he is hiding an injury, but it is clear he isnt riding at full pace right now. I dont think we have seen anything near the best out of any of these guys yet (James and RV included). Reed Im not so sure. He is riding better, and maybe after a few races under his belt he will have had time to get the new ride sorted out.
I think both James and RV is pretty comfortable where they are right now. They are 1st and 2nd in points, and they now they're the fastest guys out there. They both done the crasch and burn, and will be careful not to end up there again,

TC is the one i believe has the least pressure from the trio of him, Reed and RD. He's a rookie in the class(I'm aware he rode some 450 last year) and Honda should be pretty damn happy about his performance som far. I think he riders in a controlled manner, and I can see him going even faster without crasching so he gets my vote.

I think Reed and RD is riding with a lot of pressure. One is the reigning champion, and Reed is an ex-champion. If someone is about to loose their patience and make a mistake I see it coming from either of those. It's usually the other way around for them...they have a decent lead in points and RV or JS takes a lot of chances to catch up and end up getting dnf's.

It's the most exciting championship in a while so far, hope everyones stays heathy.

whoever gets the start at the front first. The starts at 80 -90% of the race for these guys when they are all so close.

canard is good, just needs that extra little bit to be at the front.

dungey, well, he looks just as fast as last year. i'll leave it at that. he could win if the conditions are right. also if rv, js, tc, cr, fall in the first corner.

my money is on reed. and i think he'll win within the next 3 races.

in case you didn't comprehend the original question, it was asking who WE THOUGHT would be the first to win this season.

i posted my opinion on who WOULD WIN first out of those three.

had the question been who would finish ahead of who without winning, then your logic would be correct and my "rhetoric" would be blown out of the water. but that wasn't the question.

Hanny Lites
He was always fast on that dry type Diego soil.
XGames wins pretty much prove that.

Stewart has gotta be pissed and is prolly ready to line up for San Diego at this very moment.
I'm sure he will come out next weekend with something to prove.
So JS7 win will next weekend.
