… unfortunate that Aaron Plessinger is out for his home state SX, especially now that there’s a chance that it could be a mudder.

Aaron has seemingly had problems with cardio fitness and general health over the last couple of seasons, is it maybe because of who he trains with?

most top 450 guys have bulked up in the weight room over the last few years, but Plessinger seems to get thinner the more time he spends at the Baker Factory.

Maybe let the man have sandwich Aldon? Dude is just too fuckin skinny IMO…

Aldon is crazy with his diet stuff. I'm dubious of his knowledge of any of this either, scientifically speaking. He's basically brought stuff in from road cycling and applied it to motocross and supercross. Different sports Aldon, different sports...

Meanwhile, his riders exist on diets of one teaspoon of broth in the morning and half a banana for dinner...

This has always confused me a little when people say this about aldon... the high level bicycle racing guys I've known eat a ton, to the point where it becomes a chore to get the calories in. Doesn't seem like he's brought that to moto.

Plessinger's name always come up with rain but exactly how many wins does he have in the mud? In any discipline? He was supposed to show the way at Red Bud MXON in the rain but it didn't happen.

Yes. The common joke in any extreme endurance sport is that it is also an eating competition in addition to whatever sport they’re doing.

Can you add races missed due to poorly defined illnesses to this?

Just now

I honestly have no idea what his diet or training plan consists of outside of what  heard from guys like Broc Tickle and rumors of riders begging for one more almond 🤣

But just based on physical appearance, guys like Roczen, Deegan, both Lawrence bros, Sexton Etc, have added a significant amount of muscle over the last several years. 450s wear your ass out- remember last year at Hangtown where he had the win until he bonked.
