Kooksey says he doesn't understand them, but since someone wants to pay him to advertise he thinks that they are great and everyone should be using them for every ailment that you can think of!
I’ve been interested too. Been looking at the bodyhackguide subreddit for info
Any luck with where to buy from. See there’s so many companies out there. Have seen some already come concentrated vs others coming in powder and you have to do it each time.

From my limited research, they work well but 95% of manufacturers have no quality control so you may be severely underdosed in one batch and severely overdosed in the next batch. That’s why I haven’t tried them yet, still trying to sift through and find reputable manufacturers. Otherwise you’re rolling the dice with either wasting money or potentially causing other issues.
Just started shooting bp 157 into my shoulder. Had rotator cuff surgery 8 weeks ago. Got it from a company called peptide warehouse. I think its Canadian. I will add that the amount of supplements out there that are supposed to be amazing is getting ridiculous. Its probably all bullshit. I take the bpc 157. Collagen.vitamin d. glucosamine. trt.and Magnesium.Thats it for me. No more. Ive been conned by social media.
Idk if we’re allowed to link but I heard some decent things about https://science.bio
I don’t doubt that some peptides have real, positive effects for certain conditions. There’s legit research in specific areas, and I’m not anti-peptide by default.
Where I start raising an eyebrow is when they’re talked about like a universal fix for basically everything, especially when it turns into self-diagnosis + self-dosing based on internet wisdom. At that point it starts to feel a lot like the old CBD/Hemp/Cannabis cures everything era. You know, where it could supposedly handle anything from joint pain to psoriasis to, if you read enough comments, probably a brain tumor too. 😉
I’m all for people sharing what’s worked for them, but once something gets marketed (or talked about) as a near-miracle solution for every ailment under the sun, that’s usually my cue to be skeptical. Biology and medicines/supplements is a messy combination, and real treatments rarely come in one-item-cures-everything bottles.
If someone I trusted had a positive experience with a peptide for a condition that I also had, I'd be willing to give it a try. I wouldn't want to just throw darts at a board with them, though.
Well said. Ya at this point I feel like I'm throwing darts. My chiro and physiotherapist both have high praise for bpc 157. My trust in drs and surgeons has taken an huge blow since my injuries 18 months ago.
Im also on Bpc 157 and i buy it from a reputable Wellness store in liquid form that comes in pump bottle. Im paying $140 for a month supply so about $5 a day after tax.
Take it once a day under my tongue on an empty stomach.
Lots of brands to choose from and you can find it in pill, liquid and injection form.
Im sure the injections are more targeted but it's more expensive.
I was having issues with ligament-tendons in my throttle hand and I tried everything else including OT, PT, dry needling etc and while not a miracle fix it has no doubt got me riding again.
My GF has back and neck issues and just started it after seeing it help me. She's the critical type so I'll report back about any improvement.
Bpc 157 is the "all around" peptide and the real bad boy for body repair and inflammation is the bpc 157- TB 500 combo product.
That one runs $220 from the place I buy from so i started on regular bpc 157 to evaluate effectiveness before I spend more money.
Hope all this helps some of you guys.
Been on BPC-157, for 5 months now. Just opened my month 6 bottle. I figured it was worth trying after 25 year old ACL/MCL finally got fixed. Not sure if it has helped, but doesn't seemed to have hurt either.
On bpc157 since September. I take the oral version. I have had multiple tendons severed over the years. Trying to prevent any more and help the one that has been reconnected. Is it helping? I feel better but could be a placebo, but worth the money if it is a placebo.
i have been using this company for almost ten years.... Purchase Peptides USA - Best Research Chemicals - Perfected Peptides
Do they come in the powder form?
In reference to the BPC-157 and BPC-500 combo.. Heard Pastrana mention the wolverine stack in one of his recent videos and it looks like they offer this combo, would anyone recommend this one in particular? Also should one be taking other supplements with the stack?
Tore my rotator cuff early December. Went 2 1/2 months with nonstop pain and limited range of movement. I did everything, massage , Osteo and rehab. I just couldn’t get it healed. I have an old friend from the bodybuilding world and was talking to him about it and he told me about peptides and I went down that rabbit hole. I thought ,what have I got to lose so I ended up going with the GLOW stack from Flexpharma.is , and all I can say is wow! I’m just about at the end of a six week run with it and I am 90% healed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this for anybody with soft tissue damage that is struggling to get back.
I always questioned how these high-end athletes bounced back so fast from injury. I think I know now.
They are freeze dried and you have to constitute with Bac water.
I've entered the rabbit hole of the peptide world in the last month after a riding partner (who may or may not be an MD) suggested them to me for some of my known ailments (torn thumb ligaments from crash middle of last year, plantar fasciitis, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease because of too much Mountain Dew over the years...NAFLD for short). My research involved a lot of reading and viewing of YouTube channels specific to the peptide and "overall health" world. During that time, I had to learn to ignore presenter personalities and quirks and take pieces of information from the videos I watched. Peptides are well researched over many years and some have been approved by the USA FDA for humans (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Tesamorelin). Others have been researched for decades but there is not enough "profit potential" for them to move out of the research realm. Please be warned, many of the peptides out there are likely banned by WADA and USADA if that matters to you.
So, here is what I can add to this thread from what I have learned:
Step up your supplement and nutrition game to give your body a chance. I gave up on Costco multivitamins and watched a number of YT videos from Eric Berg to target the supplements that make sense for my needs. Also getting my "gut health" rebuilt after numerous rounds of antibiotics over the years and in the last 4 months. Find a video from the below channel that matches your goals:
https://www.youtube.com/@Drberg
Only use products and distributors that a trusted friend or associate have used that can attest to their efficacy and make sure those places provide at least a minimal amount of independent lab testing. A close friend gave me a vial of a peptide for my NAFLD ("retatrutide" or "reta" for short) from his batch that he has been using for a few months and has noted it is effective. This peptide is not yet FDA approved but it will be by the end of the year if not sooner. That vial has gone to a family member with my exact issues
and has seen a drop of 11.6 lbs in 4 weeks. NAFLD results will be checked later this year with blood work to be compared to prior values. This peptide has shown in the human trials to reduce NAFLD by over 80% as well as significant reduction in joint pain due to arthritis.
Regarding BPC-157- Not FDA approved. Available for injection, powder/capsule, liquid (pre-dissolved powder), and nasal spray. Analysis of the differences are available in the link below. The same family member as mentioned above has been using the nasal spray version for 2 weeks and has seen considerable improvement with the thumb ligaments and plantar fasciitis after many months of issues/pain. This peptide is best paired with a variant of TB-500 to aid the healing process.

After my first month of cleaning up the nutrition and targeting the right vitamins for me, I've been feeling pretty good for someone who is closer to 65 than 60. My family member (you could almost say my twin) feels the same and recommends the reta and BPC-157. My friend who turned me on to this just started a new peptide stack called "KLOW" which has the BPC-157 and TB-500 along with KPV and GHK-Cu. He will let me know how this works out and, who knows, maybe my family member will try this in the near future!
Pit Row
Placebo effect is undefeated.
Also, would love to know the number of people who swear by peptides (the product) who curse vaccines made from mRNA (the blueprint).
I'm out. If you think big pharma is sketchy, take that and remove any attempt at regulation and restraint and you've got the supplement industry.
Some of them very well may work, but to the extent that you believe they do, you've arrived at that conclusion via sales pitch, not data.
And just like with weed, if you could show with data that they did work in an objective way, big pharma would have turned that into FDA approved and insurance subsidized medication for many times more profit than a supplement. Just like they did with ozempic. The fact that they haven't done that with most peptides should tell you something.

Copernicus, question for you. I to was going down this rabbit hole. But the company I was going through was in Canada and they can’t ship to US. Who in the US are you looking at for peptides. I’m looking at BPC-157+TB-500.
