Selling my bike to raise money for other projects:


1987 CR250. Asking $8500. More photos available. Also listed in Mark's Vintahe Sawpmeet FB page with more photos.






Full frame up complete restoration. Every part, nut, bolt, etc. has been replaced, sterilized, painted, polished, etc..
FRAME- crack and damage free. Stripped and repainted proper Honda Blaze Red.

CLAMPS-CR250 lower, CR125 Upper painted black like the HRC bikes of the era. New All Balls bearing kit.

FORKS- Completely rebuilt using OE Honda parts. New bushings, seals, etc.. New Race Tech
.46kg Fork springs. Lowers are Anodized type 3 Hard Black. Revalved for 190# Vet Ex. Has Simmons Rebound Adjuster caps.

SHOCK- Completely rebuilt using Race Tech Parts. Has new seals, bushing, bumper, bladder, piston band, O ring, etc.. Shock body Type 3 black hard ano. New 5.2 Race Tech Spring. Revalved for 190# Vet Ex

LINKAGE- NEW All Balls bearing kit.

SWINGARM- Stripped, sanded and clear coated. Has NEW All Balls bearing kit, NEW UFO chain guide, NEW chain buffer, NEW OE ProLink decals.

FRONT WHEEL- Repainted '87 hub, NEW All Balls bearing kit, Dubya Spokes Laced to new gold Excel rim. NEW Dunlop 3S tire.

REAR WHEEL- De-flashed and repainted '94 Hub with NEW All Balls Beasring Kit. Dubya spoked laced to NEW Excel gold rim. NEW Dunlop 3S tire.

FORNT BRAKE- Rebuilt master cylinder using new OE Seal kit, NEW OE lever, Caliper rebuilt with NEW OE Seal Kit. Front line is custom built steel braided with alloy fitting. NEW OE pads.

REAR BRAKE-Rebuilt master cylinder using new OE Seal kit, Caliper rebuilt with NEW OE Seal Kit. Brake line is custom built steel braided with alloy fittings. Brake pedal rebuilt and has new tip. NEW OE pads.

ENGINE: Completely rebuilt. Cases were stripped and repainted. Every bearing and seal is new OE Honda including mains. New Hinson clutch basket. Fresh OE clutch. Perfect condition aluminum '89 side case. Crank is OE Honda, measured and inspected, in great condition. Piston, pin, ring and bearing all NOS Honda. Cylinder is stock '87 cylinder re-Nic'ed to new standard bore by Millenium. Ignition is all original parts In great shape. Comes with complete spare ignition.

PIPE- NEW Pro Circuit with badge and weld blueing removed to match HRC works pipes of the era.

SILENCER- NEW Pro Circuit. Has new OE pipe joint.

AIRBOX- sterilized, repainted, and modified to replicate works '87 CR250 air box. Has custom factory replica Twin Air decals. New filter. New UFO mud flap.
PLASTICS- NEW OEM front fender, NEW OE rear fender, Side panels a restored, with outer surface repainted satin blaze red(looks like plastic). Shrouds are clean originals. Tank is a very clean in great shape original, and front plate is very clean original. DC front disc guard with custom mounting hardware.

SEAT- excellent condition original seat.

CONTROLS- Renthal bars, '87 Honda throttle assembly with NEW Motion Pro throttle tube. Clutch lever assembly is NEW OE. New OE Cables. Honda replica A'ME grips.

MISCELLANEOUS- EVO-MX complete graphics kit- US team Honda replica. NEW works replica billet HRC ignition cover. Works replica shifter. Works replica RT side master cylinder cover. Period correct replica Renthal bar pad.

Wow very nice! If you still have the bike by the end of July, I would be extremely interested! Been looking for a properly restored 87 for a while now..Leaving for work for the next month and a bit, but when back if you still have it, I'll probably buy it. Have a guy here that can handle the import side of things.

No room unfortunately, got a new place 3 years ago, and the living room has been turned into a vintage moto museum.


After I bought your bike.. I got the 86, then the 85,  then the 84 and 83, I just restored those in the last 2 years. 

Then I got rhe 74CR250 and a 75,

And the super rare here in Canada rhe 1983 kx250.


The museum is done now, just need to get better lighting in there, and some memorabilia on the walls!
