Does anyone have any grips they want to give me. I need new ones and they are like $10 at the local shop.

Get a job....I have some used one's with a cut down the middle. With the right amount of haywire, you could look and feel like a factory rider.

Let me check. Nope, sorry.

Try eBay, I heard you can get stuff really cheap there. You might be able to get some that are still roosting.

Try using super glue. If you are not fast enough you will be cutting off a new grip stuck half way on the bar. I stopped using wire when I started using super glue. Pro Taper sells big bottles of superglue.

If you race and have a death grip like me, glue and wire are a great combo. Glue alone isn't enough. Having the throttle action on both grips isn't fun while racing, or worse, having the grip come off completely (ask mike brown).

Yep Paint is the way to go, but I'm old school and still use wire for added safety.

I've used paint forever as well but paint will melt the super soft renthal grips. It eats right through em.

Dude review BobbyM's post.........

He would do it like this..

" Hey you guys ever seen any grips just tear right off the bars?"

This is the setup, you have to make folks want to give you stuff and begging just doesn't cut it, it also helps to be missing a leg and a bit looney and needing meds. Thank me later.

Oh I use to love those spyder grips, cured my blister problem, but the wear out quick.

You should try the Pro Tapper Pillow Top grips. If you need the 10 bucks pm me and I will send it if you provide me a 1099 for $1000. in expense.

Seriously. They really do eliminate the numbness that occurs after 20 minutes of moto. Most people don't need them. Most people don't moto more than 20 minutes.

I can't believe I agree with Slow ~ Pro on something. Spider Grips and some grip glue and you'll be set for a long long time.

I love them things best grips ever made. Fixed my blisters and I've also broken both navicular bones which remain in pieces, the gel/softness or whatever it is really helped ease the pain when i rode.
