Who is the best rider on a particular track?

Unfortunately Deegan at Washougal, even though Shimoda got him last year and Tom V took a moto from him, he’s been otherwise dominant. As a Deegan hater it makes the drunken stumble back to the campsite painful

Jett at Pala seems the most obvious. And if we're allowed to go back in time, RC at Millville.

John Dowd at Southwick.

Herlings at Lommel. Nobody beats this 

RV at Washougal. RC anywhere, but especially Gatorback.

Tomac at Daytona seems like an obvious one

Pourcel on a 250f at Unadilla - Won in 2014 on Yamaha and won 3 out of 4 races in 'Dilla on his Kawasaki.

Jett is undefeated at Pala for overall finishes.  I think he’s only given up 1 or 2 motos on a 250.  Deegan is great there as well.  I can’t wait for Jett vs Deegs.  

Tomac at southwick. Tomac at Daytona. Tomac at washougal. Kenny at unadilla. RC everywhere. Reed at San Diego. 

Wierd RV and Stewart didnt seem to have as many super stand outs to me, they had a couple bad tracks (rv at washougal), but they were a threat everywhere, but nowhere specific.

Didn’t it take RV forever to get a win at Washougal? RD on the other hand was unbelievable there. 

This is true. When he got it dialed in (home track) he was incredible but Dunge was unbelievable there. There was another guy, Jason McCormick I think, who’s family owned Washougal at the time and he could fly on that track.

RV was unreal at Budds

Especially at the MXGP. Probsbly the best ride I’ve ever witnessed by anyone on any track.

Maybe not the most dominant, but Robbie Reynard was hell at Millville on a 125.

He was a NW local for sure, but Washougal has been owned by the Huffmans for well as long as I can remember. Ryan Huffman did race professionally for a bit though.

Dammit!! That’s who I meant, Ryan Huffman. Thank you. As I recall, he hole shot and led a couple motos there in the 250 pro class. Then again, my recollection is obviously flawed.😂

Unadilla…mid 70’s…the fans were the biggest winners !  Party started mid afternoon on Friday and was on Full Blast until early Sunday evening. No Cops, No Crybabies, No shortage of Booze, Weed, Fireworks, Cars got rolled over if you complained about noise, drunk patrons or motorcycles started in the middle of the night. Only shortage was womenfolk, as they did not go to MX races very often back in the day. Port a potties tipped and occasionally lit on fire . Coolers, Grilles, Tents everywhere, and the only comparison I could make is that Unadilla was like a mini Woodstock every damn year in the mid 70’s.
