Was Rv's win at A1 the best in his career?

Ryan has came back from a huge injury fitter than he ever has, with seemingly more focus and determination...at least that was the indications prior to A1. But the proof was in the pudding on Saturday night- and I was hugely impressed.

To win his first race back in that quality of field, after being caught and passed by Stewart in the heat... that is huge mental strength.. and maybe has been overlooked a bit by the media.

He has won big races before obviously, but from the situation he was in in April to the situation he is in now... that is an incredible return to racing. He has not only came back to the level he was... but seems to be riding at a higher level than he ever has. That to me makes his win the biggest win of his career.

Next weekend is huge for RV's competition... you cannot let Villopoto get another win this early in the season- he is used to winning championships and is mentally ready to win the SX title in 2011. Stewart, Dungey, Reed or Canard need step up and show that they can beat him in a one on one fight... the momentum is on his side big time and from a mental point of view this is huge for RV another win could see RV in pole position not only in points, but in more importatntly terms of confidence, mental games and momentum...

i was there and you could hear Ryan no matter where on the track he was. i've never heard a bike run THAT wide open for the entire span of a moto. it gave me chills how amazing his riding was that day. the fact i enjoyed it with my dad was the icing on the cake.

that was a true display of whoopass in 07......i was there and to be honest even if RC had the start i am not sure he could have beat him that day.....i dig RV and A1 was huge, he prolly has the strongest mental game out all the players this year

I loved when he put a hurt on the rest on the world on a 250F. And still some say the 350 can not compete with a 450. I say Bull Shit, just need the right rider.

I cant wait to see him race outdoors again. there his toughest competition would be RD as JS probably wont race and cant even catch RD.
