I recently met Casey at an autograph signing and he was so cool and laid back. He got the personality of a stoner and he was super respectful.
I know injuries have destroyed his Supercross attempts, we have seen him in motocross more, but what is the ceiling for a young man like Casey?
Do you have him equal, above, or below the similar aged riders like Ryder DiFrancesco, Daxton Bennick, Chance Hymas, Nick Romano, Jett Reynolds, etc?

Poll
PRMX team, Phoenix, maybe Clubmx, he is just not as good as top tier 250 riders. He has had a factory ride 3 years with little to show for it, a lot of injuries and setbacks, and a new crop of fast kids showing up. Kind of a shame, but these teams have little patience and his team does not have bottomless pockets.
If he can stay healthy I think he can be up on the podium. I feel he can be in the mix as his teammates. He’s had better finishes outdoors than both of them.
Anyone know what happened to him last night in the main?
Fell on his injured collarbone.

How many guys in the main last night have finished second in a moto?
Whatever his best result is, like anyone else.
Is he trying too hard? Or just sketchy and sendy? Or just shit luck? Definitely missing a lot of gate drops unfortunately.
I was shocked when I heard this was his first SX race in like 2 years.
Damn. Since he came in late to the season, I’d probably rather see him stay healthy for outdoors. 250 will be very exciting with Deegs moving up!
Club MX is seeming like a great place for a career rebound. I look at Hunter Yoder and I’m still shocked each race at how much he improved.
Casey definitely has elite talent, which is a vague thing to say but he can absolutely win races. Visser already kinda pointed it out but in 2024 he led like 3 quarters of a moto, and only got caught by Kitchen. It’s so beans that hes had such bad injury luck but even in his brief flashes he’s had a couple? fastest qualifiers, I know he got 2025 Hangtown for sure
He simply can't stay healthy. A lot of these kids have the same problem, a literal laundry list of young men who could not get through a few races without grenading. Practice tracks for months at a time, but 3 - 4 races in they get injured again.
He’s a good guy , but I think he will always be a bottom half of the top 10 guy, with an occasional podium and possibly one win in his career.
If he can stay healthy, he can beat all the names OP mentioned.
Consistency is the #1 thing these young bucks lose when they get injured (often because they get emotional in a race and increase the odds of crashing).
Consistency is the key to the game.
If he could get a Star ride and do motos with the guys there in the week I think it would unlock his true potential.
