Dam…these 2 cannot get catch a break…..is that the same achilles for Swoll?
Wonder if triumph resigns either of those guys?
Is this jaleks 3rd injury on that?
I'm forgetting which, but on one of the pods they mentioned it was the other achilles.

That sucks…maybe riding on arches is not that bad after all?
Damn that’s rough for them both. Was really excited to see them progress this season.
Does Triumph move their amateur kid up for the full outdoor season?
Gage Linville is heading over there.

At this point... he should be on arches for any hard landing... plus heal savers... but he did neither and here we are...
I hate to say this, but between Jalek, Austin, and Jordan, they have three dudes that just stay injured. They're all good dudes, though.
Is that for the rest of the year or only SX? Hopefully Gage gets the full season with outdoors and SMX.
TropicPilot, I agree that all 3 of these guys appear to be decent human beings, however, in this sport that don’t pay the bills. I fully expect to see all of the team released before next years SX season. Kind of a harsh take, I know, but all of them have proven to be brittle, and sadly have not won enough to make a team overlook the injuries.
Might even re-sign them...
The rest of the year.
I am resigned to believe they will be re-signed before another mfg has a better offer and they resign from Triumph.
Everyone who has torn an achilles recently has been in Tech 10s. Just an observation.
Do you all think forkner still has "it" in him.... As in, what If a low salary star deal came up. Riding with those hungry young guys every day, following that training regimen... but knowing you're on the best bike and can make the money via wins.
Unfortunately I think Forkner is slowly exiting the sport. I would guess he rides another 1 to 2 years and then retires. At one point, he seemed to have incredible potential to become a multi time champion, but the injuries just didn't stop.
He had an offer from Bobby around 2019 I believe but he turned it down because the factory Yamaha 450 was a pig at the time and factory Kawi looked like the path. He would’ve been lethal on a Star 250 around that time 2019-2020.
