Our economy is still trying to recover from Covid and the aftermath of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. It’s been weakened by 10% tariffs and now 15% tariffs. We are helping the EU with funding Ukraine to stop the Russians marching across Europe because you stopped putting anything in around January last year and we are helping the Ukrainians with as much hardware as we can, while trying to also put more in to NATO in general. 

We can’t afford to send shit over to a major war in the Middle East and we have zero interest in helping the current Israeli regime. Expecting us to help on a war you choose to start is not how NATO works, and much like with Vietnam, if we think it’s a shit idea we aren’t obliged to come running every time you guys do something.
