I've actually seen people support them and say how great they are. I saw someone say something about this situation and others they made excuses for fcr and blamed it on the customer.
I wish i did a little research on this company before i sent them work. Shipped them my fork tubes and shock body to get anodized. they called me the day they received them to pay my invoice. that made me feel uneasy right off the bat. But i paid and every 2 weeks he kept saying they are being stripped now. He messaged me last Sunday saying they will be shipped that week and then when i reached out again this Sunday in frustration he replied by saying send your shit elsewhere then. Now im probably out $250 and a set of fork tubes and shock body. How on earth is this company still in business?!
Whoever runs their social media accounts is a dillweed too. Once a company resorts to bashing other companies, you know they're on the downswing.
When owners take money and dont do the work. Most of the time its because they have drug problems. And this company seems to be right in line

Somehow they keep getting business. Even if you can get them to do the work they charge you for, I’ve heard it’s garbage. I had to get a refund when he never sent the parts I ordered
He did some stuff for me like 20 years ago. My AX stuff was decent but my outdoor stuff about killed me at redbud lol. Matt Crown took it apart there at redbud to fix it and said he couldn't believe what he saw.
They also gave me a price for anodizing and i agreed. Went to pick it up and the price more than doubled. This was back when "dad" ran it. His kids definitely a chip off the ol block from what i understand. I think when this post originated i even went as far as texting the old man on a number i had of his to try and be a middle man to get stuff returned. No response.
tomorrow his local cops will be called and a have already filed a case on my credit card to get a refund. im sure this is going to be a shit show but people like this need to be stopped. I dont think he is to worried about his reputation at this point since it seems to already be destroyed.
Oh yeah, one conversation with him will show anyone he’s not worried about reputation lol

Stick it to them. I wouldn't let those pissants change the oil in my lawnmower let alone work on my suspension. Have a buddy who's a suspension tech. He has some great stories about their "mods"
I find it absolutely wild how they just post on social media like they are the best at what they do. They have now locked me from commenting on their post saying where is my shit.
A local had some work done once. Ended up having another company do some seals down the road and in doing so they found a blue shop towel inside his fork. Lol
My favorite was a respring and revavle. Changed oil at least.. didn't touch the valving, wrong springs with huge spacers to compensate. Guy paid them a fortune then the springs broke.
Good luck with getting some resolution to this BS. I had gone to that FB page years ago when the thread started and I had tagged every riding friend I had so word would get around. Took a bit but I was blocked from the thread too (or was the thread maybe deleted from FB?) .
The egos in their social posts have always made me skeptical of this company. Im glad my intuition was correct

Interesting now the guy is being so polite and professional. Probably because the cops finally called him. When this is all done and over with I’ll post screenshots of the conversation. For now I’ll keep it kinda tight lipped until I actually have my parts back in my hand. Which he said will be shipped out this week. Fingers crossed
I am from Argentina, when I reached out to them they told that I could even become a local distributor of their parts. Thank God I found this thread....
