I hate to be the bearer of band news Profesh, but the premix class is doneso.
What does that mean ?
Per Direct Motocross
Al Dyck is taking a year off and shuttering the MVP/SKY RACING/TRIUMPH team.

Unfortunately the Triple Crown Series, although not announced, will not be running the pre-mix classes for FY26.

I believe there will be no more premix and if it does stay it will be moved to Saturday. No Sunday pro day premix.
Well that sucks, why ? Full gates , Marv raced a couple last year.
The last round in Walton has been pushed back a week to August 16th.
Before the change our guys could've raced the last three US Nationals (Unadilla, Budds Creek, and Ironman), and now just the final two.
ALL-NEW RIDER LINEUP ANNOUNCED FOR KTM CANADA RED BULL RACE TEAM IN 2026
Kullas will be equipped with the KTM 450 SX-F FACTORY EDITION, and is targeting strong results across the eight-round championship, which begins at Calgary’s Wild Rose MX circuit on June 7.
Harri Kullas: “I’m excited to come and race in Canada. What I’ve seen of the tracks, they look really cool with many sandy surfaces, which suits me well. It’s a new country and a new team, so it should be exciting and something new for me. The team has been very supportive, even if I’m far away at the moment, and that gives a great feeling for going and building a strong season together!”
As for 19-year-old prospect Dillon, he will pilot the KTM 250 SX-F FACTORY EDITION for the team in 2026, representing an exciting young racer who has extensive credentials in the world of snowmobiling. The KTM Canada Red Bull Race Team will look to harness his skillset in motocross this season, which already saw him clinch the Premix title in 2025.
Crayden Dillon: “This is an opportunity of a lifetime! I’m super-grateful to get this opportunity from the people at KTM Canada to be aboard the KTM 250 SX-F for the 2026 Triple Crown series. I’m ready to put in some hard work down south in April and keep building from the improvements I made last year. With this team, bike, people, and program, I have no doubt that with some additional time and practice, we will be battling for the top position all season long. See you at Round 1!”
In addition, three-time 250 Pro Class Champion Kaven Benoit will continue to play an important role as part of the KTM Canada Red Bull Race Team for 2026, training the team’s athletes throughout the season while holding a brand ambassador role.
Mathieu Deroy, KTM Canada Race Team Manager: “We’re heading into 2026 with fresh faces and a full roster, and the energy within the team has never been higher. Expectations are big, and we’re excited to fight for wins all summer long. Every member of this squad brings exceptional talent and a true passion for racing. We’re incredibly grateful for the people who support us and make all of this possible.”
Kullas should kill it here.
Should be a shoe-in for 3rd.
This series seems to take at least one or two steps back every year. Anyone miss the CMRC yet?
v20 updated.
Many , many years away from the former heyday where good money could be made, and it was truly a cross country series.

Military Appreciation Round selected.
July 19 : Round 6 – Sand Del Lee MX – Ottawa, ON (Military Appreciation Round)
I would suggest that the number of teams that have pulled out and the lower number of events are due to the current economic climate in Canada. The lack of disposable income will dictate the future of the sport whether it’s local or national racing. In the last 10 years consumable parts have almost doubled in cost as has fuel, haulers etc.
The list of teams not returning, is an exhaustive list from 2022 onward.
As for 2026, there is only one team not returning - Sky Racing
It's a shell of what it once was. When Calgary closes will it even come west anymore?

The same economic climate exists in the US and Europe, more or less. The falloff in the Canadian moto scene is not shared elsewhere.
