House bill 217(passed house) and Senate bill 749(passed senate) are essentially the same bill. This bill calls for a ban of centerfire rifles and pistols along with a ban on magazine capacities over 10 rds after July 1st once signed into effect. I know that many states have passed similar laws but i just cant believe its happening in Virginia. whats your guys thought on this?
