Last week I saw the new 450 prototype. They were there for testing the engine, BUT…The plastics are all different. The front part of the seat is completely different on the sides stretches over the conveyors. The exhaust will be bigger because the side plate had more space in the down side (even if this one had the Akrapovich) for Decibel and homologation reasons.

I was impressed because I thought they didn't change anything and instead it was a new bike. The test rider was positively impressed with the chassis for tight corners and the engine for delivery. Absorber linkage also different.
They politely asked , no pictures please

Glad to see PMG continue to put in the R&D into the bikes despite the recent financial situation.

Looks like it. That exhaust is grotesque

AP7 said he likes the pipe and it feels more brappish

So Brappish is a 2025 or 2026 word?

Anyway who cares, 6/7 and all.

Looks like that’s what’s on the bike, wouldn’t make sense for them to be testing the new chassis with those forks and shock if they’re not going to be equipped with them. Unless they’re just testing them for FE’s.

Likely is next year’s FE.

It’s mind blowing that the shock problem wasn’t solved in the first few months. Whatever’s wrong can’t be that technically challenging to fix, and it’s gotta suck to head out on the track with low confidence in your bike..

Hope it’s good now

There was some info going around that Sexton was asking for the shock to be set up in a way that was outside of the capabilities or parameters of the shock and that’s why he was having problems.

might have heard it from REP. Can’t quite recall.

Tom was having a lot of issues too though

Just remembering how he had a totally different shock to the rest of US HRC. Supposedly like Gajsers.

Maybe he was doing the same?  That’s just what I heard.
