I’ll buy a freight train if it’s on sale so I’ll go first.
I took advantage of Ride Engineering 30% off Black Friday sale. I bought a triple clamp for my 24 KX450 and a rear linkage. 30% off is nothing to sneeze at. I installed both but haven’t been to the track yet, maybe tomorrow. I feel like I’m sprung heavy enough in the back I may not have to go up a spring rate in the back for the ride eng rear linkage. Also plan on dropping some weight if I can get through the holidays lol.
BTO had a 700-800 dollar Bell Helmet marked down to 299. I jumped on that and it fits too.
EVS had some stuff marked down, bought two hats and a tee shirts for 5 or 10 bucks each, can’t recall. Should have bought more tee’s. I actually intended to get new elbow pads marked way down but got sidetracked and forgot.
Bent a clutch lever few weeks back. Flo Motorsports had levers marked down, I jumped on both clutch and brake lever. Only problem my Windham bend ProTaper bars don’t have enough room to move the clutch lever down for clearance. Hit clamp for kill switch and hand stop on grip. Had to send them back.
That’s all I can recall, saved a few bucks. Anybody else snag a deal.

I got a pair of Fox instinct boots for $300. I can’t wait to try them out.
Yeah saw BTO had them for 3 bills, good deal down from just south of 6 bills. I’d like to try a pair of Instincts someday but I’m boot poor.
I still haven’t worn the Leatt 5.5 boots I bought Black Friday 2, 3 years back for 169 bucks to my door. Still sitting top shelf in the garage, never been on the track. Tried them on and set them on the shelf. I need to get them down and break them in. Leatt 5.5 are pretty good boots.
That’s what I had before. I paid around the same for them last year. They lasted me quite a long time and were pretty comfortable. The soles are now worn down badly and it’s just not worth sending them out to get re-soled. Other than that, the boots are still in solid shape. They were definitely worth the $170 I spent.
I’ve always had Sidi crossfire 2’s and 3’s and tech 10’s. I broke my foot 4 times in the Sidi’s. I broke a couple toes in the Leatt’s. I tell myself, imagine how much worse it would’ve been if I wasn’t wearing quality boots.
