Hi All, I lived in So Cal for 35 years and raced all thru the 90s, 2000s, and thru 2017 Got into vintage MX in the later years and had a blast with that while still riding modern bikes too. Fast forward to now, I've moved back to the midwest (NE Iowa) , got my right knee replaced, and gotten settled in. This cold weather has gotten me thinking about reviving some of my fleet of early 80s MX bikes and looking for races to go to in 2026. Anyone out there know of any clubs that are vintage MX friendly in Iowa or Minnesota?
I know Vintage racing has a pretty big presence in Nebraska and Missouri, just fyi.

Sugar Maple MX is in Wisconsin (probably not too far for you), and is a really really fun outdoor track. I know they host a vintage MX round every year - or at least have for the last few years. The post about it on their facebook page
What bikes do you have ? I don’t know much about vintage racing. But here are the classes for Midwest VMX. Some tracks in Wi. Hv a vintage class 20 yrs or older, I think it is. I hv 3 04 cr125,s. I know of a clean 91 cr125 for sale . I really like the 90,s cr125 95 is my favorite,96,97 too.
