Does that really surprise you mxaddict? I'm not even a little surprised. I would of been surprised if you told me Shorty was faster than MM. Marvin is the real deal .. I can't wait for A1. The west coast will be interesting with Roczen and Musquin joining the party.

How the heck did this thread get brought back from the dead?

Great Story I didn't know..I also noticed on Racerx that his dad is a door man at a a Discotech..and his mom is a bartender inside..? I am beginning to like this guy, and his accomplishments more and more...not saying there is anything wrong with his folks's profession just seems like most of the stars come fom lucrative family bus that allows for the many sacrafiocces necessary to be on top-

PS give shorty a break he just moved onto that bike coming off of an outdoor season on a honda 450....

His brother races endurocross for BMW too, I dont know about these Musquins.

Looking forward too seeing him in 2011.

I agree, Musquin has always been good at Supercross, I first saw him racing at San Diego SX in 2007, before he even raced GPs he was making mains.

I think he had to learn motocross a the top level and he did that in 2008.. the rest is history, now he can go back to being a top SX rider as well. Everts said in a recent interview that he has everything.

The sad fact is winning two World titles the way he did doesn't get you big coverage in the US, he will have to show it this year before he becomes a household name to US motocross fans because that is all they care about. The way he rides is phenomenal, so technical and precise. He learnt how to ride sand too, and was amazing in Lommel and Lierop... until Herlings showed of course lol

I bet both Roczen and Musquin are teaching Short some stuff and vice versa... Short is getting the chance to ride with two very special talents right now.

why? you can watch every GP moto online, and he will be racing the US GP if you want to see him in person.

That was some debut for KTM... fastest in practice, fastest in timed qualifying, won his Quali heat and won both races going away....

It's proof positive that the 125cc and 250f assorted European Championships for the younger less fortunate riders breed World Champions. He graduated as a 125 French SX and EMX2 Euro champ back in 07.

Marvin was not MX2 european champion in 2007 (he finished 4th).

Paulin (another great french rider) was the champ' that year...
