Riders with the best style

11/8/2010 7:19am
I'm very surprised no one mentionated Marvin Musquin so far.
He has the best driving style. He moves a lot on the bike, I personally would do every thing to have his style.
Second, for sure Tony Cairoli for the same reason. It's nice to watch him riding, especially when we was on a 250f.
Third, James Stewart. When he rode for Kawasaki, he had my favourite stile. James has a great technique in my opinion.

PS: Keep hating, boys.
Your "friend" is wrong. See how Pourcel keeps his elbows up?

Why do you put friend in quotation marks? I'm pretty sure he's my friend, not my "friend".

Kyle Cunningham
Christophe Pourcel
Trey Canard
Kevin Windham
Jeremy Mcgrath

James Stewart

All great styles.

Watching Mike Brown in the corners on a KX125 would make my jaw drop. He was as good as anybody in the turns.

I watched him rail a bowl corner after the finish at Indy SX 2001, perfect elliptical arc, absolutely WFO. Front brake lever touching the dirt. The image is burned into my brain.

Everts for me was amazing,Dungey and Ramon look so similar it's spooky Roczen is the most awesome to watch and Cairoli when he's haulin,Reed and Hansen indoors, but Barcia is too much,he almost looks like he's goon riding!

lol. Its a good pic man. But the elbowz dude. I remember when I was a kid at Donnie Hansen MX academy, learning about how important keeping your elbows up was. I understand the throttle side because you are WFO, but the clutch side, not so much. Anyways still a good pic. And there are exceptions, Villo and JLaw dont seem to be fans of keeping their elbows up and it obviously works for them.

Come on, that's not fair!

You're just saying that because you're Australian.

Why can't you just mention a rider you like - because you like him - not because he's from the same country you are?

Riders with the best style

Riders from the past:
Bailey
O'mara
Lechein
JMB
MC
RC

Current riders:
Bubba
Reed
Kdub
Pourcel
RV
Roczen
Barcia
I could keep going, it seems like a lot of the current guys have developed very cool styles.

I like to watch both Super smooth type riders as well as very aggressive styles.

Wait until you see how smooth & deceptively fast Musquin is outdoors.

I was at that race and Lawrence definitely owned that section. It was one of those moments that is stuck in the head.
