Seen Malcolm Stewart last night at Dade City, watching Pup Whatley Race. Boy! has he slim up and got taller!. I guess he wasn't able to race the Last few outdoor Nationals because of his Collarbone injury which wasn't completely healed, which also knocked him out of competing at Ponca and Lorreta Lynn National. He said, usually at those races is where the Pro teams pick their remainding riders, but still as of yet, he has no ride. But he seems in good spirit, he says he's going to keep moving forward and riding SX daily with his brother and Sorby. Good luck Malcolm in the upcoming season, it was a pleasure talking to you. Looking forward to seeing the Stewarts brother in the Pro Ranks.

If he was as serious about his training as James is, I wonder if he could win?

No sweat for Malcom. He will be on the best equipment money can buy and will be able to fly a bit under the radar for being James' lil' bro. No pressure and a good bike could make for some good results for Malcom. Can't wait to see how he does.

Malcolm Stewart not having a ride isn't like anyone else not having one. I'm pretty sure that with or without a signed on major deal MS will show up on a JSE ( pseudo) factory bike. I'm not saying that as anything against Malcolm. IMO the kids got skills and will do well and if my brother was JS I would gladly (without guilt) ride for my brother. I'm sure being the lil bro of JS has its good things and bad but if Malcolm can come out and haul ass it will be all good.

i watched an interview with Big James a few years back. before malcolm really got serious with his training. and he said "Malcolm has more raw talent then James ever did. but james has alot better work ethic."

if malcolm is serious with his training, he could be a future star of this sport.

i dont know much about malcome, but i would assume that if he was going to be a big threat that he would already have been out there becominga threat. how have his LL results been? how old is he? same age as wilson, barcia, tomac, etc...

I wouldn't question his speed. He is ridiculous fast. Injuries have stood in his way thus far. And the guy that implied he doesn't train...he does.

I have never seen ANYONE hit the rollers at LL better than Malcolm did every lap in 09. He got two seconds I believe in the A classes that year.
