Oh and Vegas711 stop saying this is old news. He goes to trial in 2-3 weeks. I'd say that's pretty fresh news. Now if a year ago Tyler would of copped to what he did, plead guilty, and took his punishment like a man back when he did the crime it would now be old news. As it is though he's the one that drug this out. It's just to bad his old man , who egged the whole thing on, doesn't have charges against him as well. He should be heading to jail himself.

One more example of how fucked up the sport is and the participants.
Also who the fuck doesn't fight back ?
Also who the fuck doesn't fight back ?
I agree people should always fight back. Below is how someone there observed the fight. If Devon was completely rocked by a broken nose and blood everywhere, unless he is a trained fighter and use to being hit hard fighting back becomes nearly impossible, especially if your opponent is much bigger than you. Fortunately in many cases that fight may not have happened if Devon was bigger than Tyler or a trained fighter. When you see interviews with Tyler he seems like a good kid. The whole thing is very unfortunate and SOUNDS pretty stupid.
Tyler got angry and
started to swing on him they fell on this wooden table and fell onto the floor. Then tyler got on top of devon starting to
punch him and connected twice. This was enough to break his nose and have blood everywhere.
At this time Tim bowers walked into the room and said "All u guys sit down, U aint done Tyler finish him". when people
wanted to help break it up.
As there was a puddle of blood on the floor and Devon had been submisive. Tyler then started slamming Devons head
into the puddle of blood.
This was not a fight Devon did not even want to fight. He did not even have the time to defend himself before Tyler even
jumped him.
That fat fuck, wanna-be bad ass should have been brought up on charges himself for that incident, no doubt.
Why didn't he fight back? Because he was out sized, out classed, intimidated by his surroundings, and attacked by surprise. If you should find yourself in a similar situation after a few too many daiquiris, instead of lending a hand I will just offer "fight back, pussy."
Pit Row
This sport is no more f'd up than any other sports out there. You have guys that take things to the extreme and unfortunately they make the most noise and give the rest of the sport a bad image (not talking about any one person, but just assholes in general). The reality is, 90% of the people in this sport are cool, fun loving people, that want to have a good time and are willing to help people. On the internet it's a little different, because some people feel like it's ok to spout off talk a lot of shit because they have their screens to hide behind. Unfotunately, yes there are a lot of those kinds of kids, but luckily the ones with the loudest mouths online are usually too scared to act that way in person, and it mellows out a bit at the track.
I have known Tyler indirectly for years.....rode at his track when he lived in Cardington Ohio and watched him race when he was 7 years old and they called him the "Danger Boy."
He is an amazing talent, but trouble seems to follow him everywhere and some point one needs to ask themselves if THEY are the real problem.
