The badass bike wouldn't hold the same level of badassery without a badass at the controls.

He was supposed to. He said he couldn't race because his sponsors weren't to keen on the possibility of him getting hurt in an exhibition race.

Sucked he didn't race, but still was a great time. Both Travis and Trey were awesome, as was the racing. Was great to be able to just essentially "walk up" to them and say hi. Hardly any lines at all.

It's so weird to me that he's still running the Fox gear with DC logos.

I could imagine Honda having a shit fit with Trey riding a 2-stroke. That would be against all things Honda. Now, everyone go hug a tree.Tongue

It had nothing to do with the big conspiracy theory of Big Red out to get the two stroke, and everything to do with riding an unkown borrowed bike.

Hence the smiley face!

Enjoyed watching Trey in Colorado at the MXdN. That never give up attitude did well for him there.

Man, Travis looks ROUGH! He is 3 years younger than me and he looks like he is ten years OLDER!
Still a pleasure to see him on a bike though.

He should have let Canard make at least a lap on that 125. If Canard remembers how to ride a 2-stroke.

Of course.

Mrs. Canard, please extend my gratitude to Trey for yesterday if you could. I know he knows this, and I'm sure I speak for countless parents, but he made my two children very very happy yesterday by making himself available for if anything an autograph (although he was great with talking to them as well).

I'm sure the PR type of stuff becomes a royal pain in the "you know what" over time... But from my side, there's nothing like seeing the joy on my kid's faces that lasted well into the night from just getting to talk to their favorite rider(s). I'm sure this will be a memory that will last into their adulthood.

As a Dad (and a fan), I'd like to say thanks again.
