No Prado due to contractual situation with his team...

Yes, his season is over.
Forato just had a knee surgery, he hopes to be back beginning of the 2026 season.

Olivier?
I dont know from inside but i remenber that Oliver had hard crashes and maybe he isnt 100% plus Francisco Carbonero riding for Bud Racing makes things easier to have a bike in the states.
Team Spain
MXGP: Ruben Fernandez
MX2: Guillem Farres
OPEN: Francisco Garcia
A healty Forato will be better choice than Mattia in my opinion.
Who's going to be riding for NZ? Not seen an announcement for them yet.
I think Connolly in MX2 given he did the last 3 AMA nationals, unsure on others, maybe Harwood, Natzke, or someone else I'm missing
Estonia:
MXGP: Jorgen-Matthias Talviku
MX2: Joosep Parn
OPEN: Harri Kullas
Kullas is surely not too far off the record now, this will be 15/21?
Eleventh time for Estonia. He has 4 selections for Finland aswell.
FIM Latin America:
MXGP: Franklin Nogueras (Dominican Republic)
MX2: Miguel Angel Rojas (Colombia)
Open: Marco Antezana (Bolivia)
First time a Colombian rider has competed at MXON.
Czech Republic announced they won't be sending a team.
Lewis got an actual confirmation of Prado's contractual issues at Kawasaki keeping him from the Spanish team. From the post race show: https://www.vitalmx.com/videos/features/vital-mx-post-race-show-2025-smx-preview at 1:13. Forgive the transcript youtube speech to text errors.
And actually on this Prado topic, we have something fairly concrete, if you want to call it that. Um, team Spain was announced this morning as Ruben Fernandez, GM Farz, and Francisco Garcia. And in the little statement, Paco Rico, the team manager, said, um, in addition to the lastm minute exit, of HE, who of course was on the team, but eventually wouldn't be able to be on the grid due to contractual issues with his current team. I think that tells you I think that tells you quite that's quite uh black and white about where we're at with the Kawasaki Prado situation. Um, yeah, I don't think we've had that much hard evidence so far. Um, so that tells you a lot.
Team Slovenia:
MXGP – Tim Gajser
Open – Jan Pancar
MX2 – Jaka Peklaj
Is this the first time Slovenia has sent a team to Nations when it has been held in the US? Very cool. Pancar has been really solid this year, don't know much about their 250 guy though? I think they could they be a sneaky top 5 team if things go well.
i doubt we will send a team
Pit Row
Yes up until now they seemed to have had a policy of not going to US so it’s great they’re going this time as we get to see ‘Tim vs Jett - the re-match’ !
That sucks when they have Connolly and Purvis. I'm sure they will sort it out for when the Townley brothers can race it.
And Davies...
I have confidence it will be sorted before then,
Team Norway:
MX1: Håkon Østerhagen
MX2: Pelle Gundersen
MX Open: Haakon Fredriksen
Team Norway:
MXGP: Håkon Østerhagen
MX2: Pelle Gundersen
Open: Håkon Fredriksen
Sweden
61 Isak Gifting (Yamaha)
62 Albin Gerhardsson (Husqvarna)
63 Anton Gole (Yamaha)
New Zealand have pulled out due to ''the absence of expressions of interest''.
I feel like this year would be one of the easier ones for team NZ. Davies and Connoly are both in America on teams. Struggle to find a 3rd rider?
Dylan Walsh was in the US too.....
With Czech Republic and New Zealand officialy pulling out, all the regular teams are known, except for Great Britain (announcement unknown) and Finland (announcement this weekend).
Any news about the Brits?
Sad when the country the sport has its roots in can’t pull together a team.
