Reed/ PC?

Could Reed get some help from Mitch in the states? He seems impressed with the PC stuff from watching the interview.

Your exactly right, he raced that one race as an audition to whomever he is waiting to here from in the states. Someone needs to step up and pay the man what he is asking. He is worth it, especially in supercross.

i always thought that it would be weird seeing him on a honda but it looks like its a good combination. It would definitely be cool to see him race at least another year and by the looks of it, he has alot of ties with teams and companies.

if he rides for H&H he will get help from mitch. the H&H team will be on kawi. so it will be H&H Dodge Pro Circuit Kawasaki (say that five times fast) . but rumor has it he will do a side deal with them to stay on honda. he is not a big fan of kawi

saying your coming from off the couch isnt impressive. he belongs at the front of that pack from off the couch. he needs to be winning for 35 seconds like bubba and villo and dungey would be doing. taking off from the pack. my 2 sentz

all i know is he was sticking right to bubba in 09 on that zuk... wow amazing...
He never did that on the Yami, he liks the zuk and the honda thats what he should ride or its like going backwords for his program...

Oh I own a Yami 450

in supercross if Bubba can get along with the turning on the Yami, Bubba and Chad(Honda) will walk away from everybody but dungey (on a zuk)Being comfortable on a bike is everthing at their level of hanging it out... Period!

And all I'm trying to say is , that I think you are writing Reed ( and Stewart ) off a little to early. I know every single rider you mentioned will definitely be running for a spot on the box every weekend....barring Injury. BUT....I still , as of right now , have not seen the kind of speeds from RV , RD or TC that Reed and Stewart have shown ( week after week ).

Not just 2009 , but 08' , 07' and 06' when RC was in the mix. Also......speaking of Stewart.....go back a couple years when he was on his Kawi and just watch a couple of those races. The speeds he is carrying in those races was insane! Way faster than what these guys are doing now. And I am not a huge Stewart fan.

Again.....I know these new young dudes are going to give Stewart and Reed hell on the track. But if they stay healthy......it will be another Reed / Stewart battle again for the championship.

I don't know Jefro.. Granted RV ended up w/a broken tib / fib at the race but the speed RD and RV were carrying at St Louis this year was insane and showed how fast those two could go when pushed. Those two looked like JS and RC going at it on Kawi and Suzuki. RV and RD were literally far enough ahead when they crashed together to wrestle over their bikes on the ground and still get up 1-2. Then those two proceeded to yard the field again after they got up before RV broke his leg. If you go back and look at the lap times from St louis you'll remember what I'm talking about.

I know what race you are talking about Dan.......I know RV and RD both are going to be tough to beat. What i'm trying to get across is that some people seem to write off a rider ( or riders ) a little to early in their careers.

Perfect example : look when Team Honda threw RC out to the pasture. He then went to the Suzuki team and made Honda friggin' pay for that mistake for quite some time.

Stewart can ride like a wild man , but when he is on.....I don't see anyone beating him. Reed on the other hand , has been through a ton of battles with Stewart and RC and he did very well against them.

RD was consistent as hell last year , and I'm a huge fan of his as well. And I think RV definitely has the raw speed to beat almost all of them if he gets out front.

BUT....I still think Stewarts raw speed is faster than RV's and Reeds consistency over the years has proven that he'll be a front runner again.

I just don't think it's time for Stewart and Reed to just hand over the reigns just yet......and I don't think they feel that way just yet either.

Writing off either one of those guys for a championship would be silly in my opinion.

That is pretty much it right there.

Every year it is said such and such will step up and be a contender and every year it is the same 2 or 3 that wins 95% of the races. As much as i would like 5 or 6 who could win each week, it aint going to happen, not yet that's for sure. We may get a 4th or 5th winner during the year but that will be the bizzaro race when the top guys have crashes or mechanicals in a mudder all on the same weekend.

What makes next year interesting is obviously the fact that James and Chad pretty much missed all the series and there will still be questions by some of Ryan Dungeys pace. So until that is answered and James and Chad give me reason to believe otherwise i think it will be those 2 at the top most races, they have proven time and again they are a level above the rest.

Are the same people that are saying Reed won't have a chance next year the same ones that said Dungey didn't have a chance last year? Everybody in the top 10 has a chance because of crashes and injuries. It's gonna happen next year too. I can guarante RD, JS, RV, CR, TC or CP will miss significant time due to an injury.

Lots of hate..

Didnt the "sloch" go 1-1 the first outdoors race too? Man that guy is so slow.... Cant win races HAH!

Hopefully Reed gets the deal he is after. I want to see the best racing possible ALL SX season...

Kawi + Reed = MC + KTM
