Yes. A bunch of 250 guys are back this weekend. A few 450 guys are coming back too. 

Mathys Boisrame 12th in the 250 class, same second than Vohland, Smith, Trasher and Haarup.

French rider. Won the 250 French championship this year. He's 27 years old. 

He rides for ex-grand prix racer Valentin Teillet. It seems that Valentin sends rider in outdoors for a couple round almost every year. He is the one that sent Tom Guyon a couple years back.

It’s been the final round for how many years now? I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, unless he says a lot more goofy stuff during the broadcast.
