That forks and brakes are a bit out of place...🙃...even so...nice build!
Probably a hell of a lot better than what was in there originally. I wonder what has been done with the rear to balance out the front?
Is that the MK16 ;-)
Probably the AI 25 🤔

Fine craftsmanship.
That bike is very well done.
Bultaco made some beautiful bikes from the late 60’s to the 70’s. My 1975 250 Pursang was one of my all time favorite bikes.
Yeah, a more period correct fork like 85 CR250 would have topped it off.
But yes, very cool. Talk of the track when you showed up…
Power-valved YZ250 engine.
Yep, YPVS, cylinder-reed engine from the early '80s, I'd say. Forks look like 2000s-era KYB units from a Yamaha as well. (The front hub says 2022 or newer.)
Wasn't Pursang another brand? I didn't know that was a Bultaco model.
Pursang was a Bultaco model. Not sure of the years, I’m guessing 1973-1980 ish???
My brother has a 74 Pursang and mine was a 75

Cripes, you must be young, Falcon.
Or, perhaps, I and many others here, must be bloody old. 😁
Here's a listing of models / model names from Bultaco - there's even a couple, I did not know of.: https://cemoto.tripod.com/bultaco.htm
Montesa also had quite a variety of model names - well, a fair few old(er) brands had a big variety of model names, including the Japanese manufacturers.
hmmm....I'd like a power valve for the 360....
It was described as a Yamaha engine in a Bultaco frame, but obviously it might be a mix of a lot of bikes and brands. It just looks cool to me. Someone really had a cool project in their mind, and probably too much money in their pocket!
Nice model-names from spanish motorcycle brands of thar era...

I'm old enough to have heard the names Bultaco, CZ, Montesa, Can-Am and Maico, but not old enough to have ever seen one at the track. I started racing in 1985.
Pit Row
I think that's JC Baccus' custom build. I just saw that Kenny is selling it. They're both members of the Texas Vintage Racing Club (TVRC). JC builds some great bikes. I won a KX250 he restored in a raffle.

This is his, as well.
If you think thats trick, you should see some of Kenny's XR200 builds, the ones before AHRMA threw the rule book at them🙄
Them some 2024 TM shrouds?
Post a reply to: Okay, who’s the Vitard who built or owns this slick little Bultomaha hybrid?!?!?!?!
