Presumably, when people reference "the list", they are referring to a list of people who were involved with Epstein and Maxwell in sexually abusing minors. Prince Andrew is one person we're pretty sure would be on that list. Ultimately, a list is neither necessary nor sufficient to establish anyone's guilt. It's the evidence of guilt that matters. Suppose that an actual list exists: If someone is on the list but there's no corroborating evidence of guilt, then being on the list doesn't amount to anything. Conversely, someone could not be on the list but there could be evidence of their guilt nevertheless.
None of us know what kinds of records Epstein kept, so we have no idea if he had anything like a "client list". A list would be helpful, but wouldn't be the as significant as it may sound to some - nor would the absence of a list be all that significant. The list that really matters would be the one that law enforcement compiles based on evidence. It doesn't matter what any of us think either way - what matters is the evidence. As long as investigators can follow the evidence and prosecute as appropriate without political interference or obstruction, I think that's what people who are asking for the list are really after.
I'm skeptical of conspiracy theories involving the CIA or Mossad - but I don't dismiss the possibility entirely. I'm also skeptical (very skeptical) of the idea that nobody else was involved in the abuse (besides Epstein, Maxwell, and Prince Andrew). They were just too well connected and there's too many perverts for that to be likely. But who, I have no idea. I've long been of the view that Trump himself isn't likely guilty of any wrongdoing, but might be trying to protect people in his orbit. But my confidence in his innocence is diminishing based on how he's handling this, and additional information that's come out (I think he at least knew about Epstein's activities). Take this last paragraph for what it's worth, which isn't much (just my impressions of the situation).

I think you know that I'm all for prosecuting the child abusers and if Trump or anyone else is preventing or obstructing that, then their actions (or inactions) are despicable. But there's no point in making a big deal of an innocent reference that seems to have been misunderstood.
