Im a proud american, with my EUROPEAN ancestry like at least 95% of you. We win in Motocross cause we suck ass in other major motorsports LIke F1,Moto GP and Trials. Besides what if Belgium was twice the size as they are now? It would be scary to think.
All you saying AMERICA is superior are dumb asses that make us sound like idiots.

I bet the budget spent by Team USA, even in their homeland event, would be more than the total of 10 lesser countries.
Thunder valley MXoN showed the gap between AMA and GP riders is closing every year.
If Roczen had 2 stronger team mates to back him up, perhaps Germany would have won the whole shooting match!

DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Yes that's it,very witty logic you have there...
American motor-sports has made a deal with the master of the universe.
The deal is, we lose at all other motor sports, therefore we become MXoN Champions!

WOW!
I bet you have a PhD in "What if's" with kinda creative out of the box thinking.
Sometimes the intelligence on this board amazes me.
sorry but i must post this
That solves that issue.
And Belgium's team manager has more heart and talent than 99,9% of the people that post here.
Just sayin'.
Pit Row
That's a easy answer - their would be twice as many Roger DeCoster's, Stefan Evert's and Joel Smets.
Ha ha.
Oh yeah Robinuk is right too, until a top American AMA rider competes in th GP series and wins,or vice versa,we'll never know who is the "greatest"
And I'm not saying your country hasn't achieved more, but we do alright with what we have
Remember no matter how big the Bully is, it is inevietable that some one will eventually kick the Bully in the nuts and than we seee what the Bully really is, a pussy.
No disrespect to any Americans here, just to the Billyjackasses of the world.
Getting back to moto, when America wins year after year, and has such an impressive number of wins, we can infer from that on good grounds that America produces the best riders. No need to compete in the GP's.
So not only the largest economy, but also you get a large number of people who can ride & more importantly a well rewarded & highly competitive elite MX competition.
If you're an American who feels like bragging about winning the MxoN how about making things a bit more balanced.
Two rounds per year.
First round MX USA vs Europe vs APEC ( Asia/Pacific), five riders per class, top three count for points.
Second round 6 months later same as above, but SX.
I'd prefer adding a Cross Country & extreme enduro to the list, but probably not enough support & given how the rest of the world dominates those racing styles probably not much US support
In a nuclear age do we need a global cop, I'm not convinced, there are a number of countries capable of causing massive damage to any country stupid enough to cause real damage & the reality is the 21st century wars will be economic not military & Iraq/Afghanistan have proven the limits of military might in the 21st century.
If anything the total distortion of military spending globally is hurting the US ( money spent & negative influence eg. military bases in Japan ), not to mention a number of hugely expensive weapons like Carriers/F22 are becoming redundant, Carriers going the way of Battleships due to missile technology & F22's UAV technology.
I have massive respect for Gates & I think he get's what is required of the US military in the 21st century, but it's not what you're suggesting.
