Yes he was, and of course emotions get the best of people sometimes, but Ben is a solid dude and has had way more bad luck than any single person should ever have to endure, and he always fights back from it.

No, but even though rubbing is racing, that pass on Short was unnecessary, so a small fall would be a small payback if you would call it that.
Hope his knee is ok.

He has had enough injuries over the last 2 years, hope he can bounce back again.
