Ahhhhhhhh...TUF Racing. Bought my first set of full gear from TUF. I couldn't believe what I was seeing when I walked in to the place. They had friggin everything. Racing at Byron brings back a lot of memories when I thought I was fast. Those were good days.

Good for Demuth. Anybody know how much an Arenacross deal like Demuth's pays?

No idea. I doubt it's anywhere close to a factory or even OEM-backed SX team...but I bet he don't starve either!

Oh cool you where at the store. They had the coolest stuff for bikes.  I raced Byron nuclear series in 98 I drove down on a Tuesday & rode all week . I had Jeff Wiloh ,s 97 Noleen National yz125. Chad Johnson Team Green in 125 b was so precise & fast. JR Jackson was making a come back he was doing a Mx school with the Garro brothers. Jr is Super cool & a amazing rider I watched him instruct doing a corner to  1 of the triples in the back. Tge real scary 1 that u think your going to land in the trees.  I needed a gripper I thought about DGY also but TUF. Is the oldest privateer team & the Longg list of riders that rode for TUF is nuts.  Demuth Rip, Lechien 91 500 nationals ,  Tichenor,  a ton of AX riders too long to list all of them. Chad Johnson,s 1st team & win was in Providence .  My back to leg is real bad yet & it won’t stop raining. I,d hv to drive 2 1/2 hrs Fri to a deep sand track in the afternoon it’s supposed to clear up. Then drive to the UP Chad should be there Super fast yet, he,d probably freak if he saw it. Pic is in the dark if the sun ever comes out the seat cover would blind ya.  Same day my Decal kit came in another IL. Co.  Grey sky in between rain the yellow is bright . Seems like yesterday. Thread brings back great memories. RIP Josh Demuth

It's surreal reading this thread like it was posted yesterday. Josh has passed, Leighton is injured. What a brutal incredible sport. It truly is a sport of modern day gladiators. Josh jsut seemed lie a guy that could never die. He was larger than life and absolute sweetheart of a human to boot.
