A few hours ago there was a topic with the name "What did Christophe Pourcel do to Steve Matthes?" But it seems to be deleted (not even replaced to dumbgeon). Can someone update me on what is going on or what Matthes said?
The troll that started the thread deleted it because it didn’t go his way…
But did Steve said (again) something about CP377 or was it just one big troll-work.
Question came up about great French racers in the US.
The guest mentioned Pourcel and Steve interrupted to call Pourcel a "Loser"
That Pourcel is still living rent free in Steve Matthes head is a little pathetic! People say that Pourcel never wanted to be interviewed, but that is just Matthes his storytelling. Because GuyB told already that he never had a problem with him, me myself had also no problem to get an interview when I wanted one...
Sadly Steve Matthes can't leave it alone. He talks crap about CP for years now. When other riders clean out there garage no problem, Pourcel does it and he made it an item on his show. For a grown men such as Matthes, it is sad that Pourcel is already +10-year living rent free in his mind. All this probably because CP didn't pay his mechanic an extra bonus (after his championship), believing that this should come from the team. Riders also need to pay their training mechanic... But won't go to deep into it.

I’m going off memory but it mostly had to do with the way Christophe treated his mechanics, I think he never really paid them bonuses, for example.
The 377 has a gang of single digit results. Dude was good.

If that's true then CP is a bit of a tool. The rider pays bonuses and also pays the practice mechanic.
I totally agree with that. The teams should be paying the mechanics the bonus that is who they’re employed by… not the rider…
Except they don’t. So when your low paid mechanic helps you win a championship by giving you a solid and safe bike all year you just take your 500K and tell him to fuck off. Can’t even throw him a 5K bonus because the team should do it. Sorry but it’s a dick move.
Pourcel probably made fun of Matthes' Ridgeline.

It seems that podcast-guru's/Podcast-morons [Scrap what doesn't fit] can say what they want. Kooksie calls people Pedophiles (Also no reaction from the rider or his entourage it seems). Then calling someone a loser is no biggie to be honest. It is just a little pathetic, it has been more than a decade ago! Pookie and Pookie-boeh need to catch up on Frozen, instead of watching NHL and learn the mythical song: "Let it go, Let it Go".
