Found this article on Electrek, very impressive what they've accomplished so far. Hope they continue their success-
"Claimed to be the fastest-growing company in Spain, Stark quickly made a name for itself with commencement of commercial sales of its Stark VARG MX. And with its success, Stark is doing something almost no other privately owned electric motorcycle company has done: it’s pulling back the veil and opening its books to show how it’s done something unique in the industry by reaching profitability.
According to the company, Stark just achieved a major milestone by recording its highest-ever monthly revenue of €18.3 million in April 2025 while delivering a positive EBITDA of €2.8 million. The news follows Stark first announcing the beginning of profitability in the middle of 2024."

electrek used to get made fun of in the realtesla subreddit quite a bit. not sure where they're at now credibility wise.
Electrek is very political. Strangely they are Anti-Tesla for reasons I won't get into.
You can find the same news on Stark Future on other websites as well.
Revenue is great. Profit is what matters though.
They are profitable which is crazy to think they got there in such a short amount of time.

That is pretty impressive they are turning a profit already. I am surprised it happened so early on, with the issues they ran into earlier on. I'm happy to see them doing well.
Its great to see , how funny would it be if someday Stark ends up buying the KTM group up.
EBITDA profitabillity is a misleading insight...I'm sure they have high depreciation and amortization expense so by standard accounting rules still losing money. Potentially favorable from a cash flow perspective, but Warren Buffet has a very famous quote on EBITDA profitability "Does management think the tooth fairy pays for the Capex?"
this. tesla has been playing this game for years
Got to love Vital. Down votes for sharing positive news about a dirt bike manufacturer🤷
Rideapart has a cheeky subtitle to their article about this:
"This must taste like humble pie to all the haters and extreme doubters."

Some people are just downvoting reality if they don't like it, in this case it just happens to be dirt bikes selling well.
Anyway,
June 2024: €10.4M revenue, €210k EBITDA
April 2025: €18.3M revenue, €2.8M EBITDA
April 2025 numbers are undoubtedly boosted by EX sales and orders.
That being said, in 10 months they went from 2% to 15% EBITDA margin and roughly from 700 to 1400 monthly sales.
Some people don't like having more riding options.
It would be a good business case to study in school
15% EBITDA is good, profit is likely higher and they are reinvesting profits and landing at 15% EBITDA. That's very solid. EBITDA between 10%-20% is normal/good. Solid performance TBH.
Paging @MxAddic
Does anyone know if Stark is working on releasing a new generation Varg?
You can't design your own bike on their website, you have to purchase from inventory.
Interesting company. 3D printing titanium parts for eg.
I bought one of their axes
