That's for the losing teams in the big sports IE Superbowl losers etc. I doubt they care to do anything with a few dozen t-shirts. Probably just toss them in the dumpster

If there was a Hammaker #1 jersey, he should hang it up and use it as motivation to come out and kick everyone's ass. He deserved that championship and had so many obstacles thrown at him throughout that main and just kept digging. I am such a big Hammaker fan now. JT said it well, "this is the beginning of something, not the end of something". Congrats to Vialle though, in reality if he doesn't get scored in 22nd he comes into Salt Lake with a decent points lead.
Hopefully they end up being donated to a good cause somewhere in the world...

Imagine how somber Team Yamaha's pit was after that race. Bradshaw couldn't get around Guy Cooper. All year he could have started backwards and beat Cooper. Damon losing that title still makes me sad to this day
I'm 50/50 on that title, still bummed that Bradshaw never got a championship, but I was thrilled for 6 Time. Most underrated champ ever.

I heard that after Grant Langston's wheel broke at Steel City, he asked Beeker if he could see the #1 jersey and when Beeker pulled it out of his backpack, GL saw it and broke down. I wonder if some of these jerseys get burned
I think this is correct. One of my business professors owned a rather successful fashion company in LA that did a lot of merchandising for the superbowl and other major events. IIRC they basically produced more merch for whoever was winning, while the game was going on. If the other team lost they shipped the losing teams merch overseas
