The jury was selected by the defense and the prosecution. You’d be naive to believe they were all Democrats who hate him. They were heavily vetted and there were a few who had negative social media posts about him that were years old and were dismissed by the judge because of it. Again though, I know nothing at all will ever change your mind. The evidence is all there for you to read. Don’t trust a media station.

You seem to be naïve on how this all works. Jurys are picked from a pool of people that are impaneled to that courtroom/case. They are local people and areas has different ideologies and party registrations. You can see that in Ney York in AOC's district, that idiot broad gets like 70% of the vote in her district. The judge was biased, his daughter was biased, DA James is the most biased DA in the history of elected DA's. You can see that right?

When you the jury is flooded with a whole bunch of spin-off charges from one, they sort of agree on something, and then all of the sudden they apply it to 34 stacked charges.
Now, what if you had over 300 eye witnesses with sworn testimony, forensics evidence, and video surveillance evidence, would you have a case?

A Wisconsin Judge being arrested , accused of directing an undocumented immigrant out a side door of her court while authorities were waiting in the hall to arrest him .
Okay. She screwed up, for sure. It’s one thing to follow procedure and ask for the proper warrant, but quite another thing to lead someone out a side door to evade authorities. It’ll be interesting to see how her prosecution turns out.
They ought to just let her resign.
If what’s being reported is accurate, then she needs to be prosecuted. She should lose her position, not simply be allowed to resign. It sounds like she did far more than ensure that proper procedures were followed. While I can understand some of the state and municipalities argument for not proactively doing ICE’s job, that’s not the same thing as what she is alleged to have done. Her actions sound like aiding and abetting.
I think the US Code violations vary from harboring to accomplice. It’ll be interesting to see what direction they go on charges.
One would think this falls under accomplice as she wasn't providing shelter from authorities, merely an escape.
She should be fired, after due process of course. 🤣
