when you get buffering, then a few seconds of play time, then buffering and ultimately if loses connection..... its highly likely its your connection. as in your own personal internet connection.
other streaming casts you have watched might play fine if they are at a lower bitrate. The Alli/MXSports is VERY high quality which mean high bitrate which means high bandwidth.

when the page loads, click on Speed Test.
Pick any server you see, (it will lists places like seattle, dallas, ect ect, doesnt matter, pick one)
let it run... then post what it says here.
if its UNDER 100kb/sec you probably will have a touch time with the cast.
if its over that though, it could be alot of things. You could have major packet loss somewhere.
you could have your cache size set way too low.
you could have anti-virus software clogging things up... norton LOVES to screw over streaming video.

If you connection is slow without downloading, you might have to reduce the quality a little bit
VITAL is another subject! I can't even post to a thread without waiting for about 5 minutes for it to post............and that's even IF my reply posts!
This site has been really slow the last couple months.......and during the races....it's like watching paint dry!
Last i checked, and hour or so ago, we had well over 700 lurkers, they clog our pipe!
Remember MT used to have this same problem on race days/nights, seems all their traffic has migrated over here.
