No, that was more of a stare and a gesture of I'm willing to work with you. See how everyone who's willing to work with us we've eased up.

Remember how many people didn't believe he had the balls to even do this to begin with. He's gotten the reactions he wanted and needed. The media and politicians that want to push the  he'  wishy washy, doesn't know what he's doing,  he's tanking the market you might want to sell some stocks before trump destorys everything that's what they want you to believe that he's fucking up and these people are the ones that benefit the chaos. If thye can help Trump fail it's a huge win for them. Theres nothing to be gained by helping him form any type of strategy to make anything better. Any type of win by "Hitler" is a loss for them.

While on the flip side maybe he's the one showing the world that hey I ment what I said. I'll put this tariff on you if you don't  want to work a proper deal with us. When they didn't come to the table in the way he wanted he went an did it. Then when they agreed to hold legitimate meetings on this he rightfully showed them in good faith as a good business partner in negotiations. Ill back it down to 10% for 90 days while we work this out.

Remember everyone had a chance to take a seat at the table before this happened. If he doesn't leave the base of 10% they have no incentive to work a deal just let the media and politicians work thier narrative of him failing. China and the EU are digging their heels in. Their fighting this tooth and nail so far it looks like. Am I wrong. But not all EU countrie  agree with the eus stances, so theres that. So while they're publicly showing opposition, Trump throws a 90 day pause on some things that will help everyone's economy including China's. It a gesture of hey we're not trying to tank you let's work this out.

This is how a bussines deal works.

People think Trump would be great for the economy because 'he's a good businessman'. But running a national economy in an international world requires the skills of an economist, not a businessman. Most national leaders aren't qualified economists so they rely heavily on the advice of carefully chosen people, preferably those who can give objective, non partisan, advice so that the leader gets the most accurate picture.

Clearly, that's not what's happening here.

So you support Globalism and the Status Quo, huh?  If it’s just “so complicated” for anyone but the self prescribed “experts” to understand and be allowed an opinion, then that tells me there’s a good reason to change it.  The old system is going out the window, like it or not.  Change is coming, you can adapt or get run over by it.

Not sure about Elliott above, but as a conservative, I don't necessarily support Globalism and certainly want a balanced budget, or at least a more balanced one.

However, like it or not, we live and operate in a global economy. Isolationism didn't work the last time we tried to take that stance back in the late 30's and early 40's and we weren't nearly as connected as we are now. Most corporations are multinational now, serving a global customer base and they will simply make adjustments on a global level. Even US-founded companies will NOT have a nationalist perspective in making these decisions.

The consumption habits, cultural work habits, and infrastructure of the US simply won't support isolationism no matter how fed up we might be with the state of things. For these reasons, without some measure of pragmatism, the only thing that is certain to get run over is the economy and all of us in the process.

He's not wrong though is he?

I love the "high horse crew" who thinks they are better than everyone here yet they have to keep crawling back with username after username.

There is a difference between being anti-globalist, which I am, and not being isolationist.

Globalism has to do with open borders, world government, and loss of national sovereignty.

How do you remember that if you've only been here since last week?

But yes, I've crossed the line before but I got to come back with my same Username.

I'm sure you can see the difference....right?

"How do you remember that if you've only been here since last week?"

You will have to forgive him.

So what’s the line? Many have been clicked for significantly less, than your offense.

Ahhh so you don’t want dialogue, you want a praise trump thread, and all comments must be to praise trump also. Sounds like a super sick message board, everyone writing the same thing, and doesn’t at all sound like an echo chamber

Good luck bro!

Maybe username number 3 more people will fall in line and post how you want them to

😘

I posted this one where he's bragging about how much money he made himself. While literally all 401K's are still down.

You say that change is coming but I honestly don't think it will, at least under Trump.

You can't successfully change anything unless you understand how it works in the first place. You can only destroy it though, but I think the markets are the guardrail that will prevent that.

I’m noticed these angry “anti-anything Trump” TDS sufferers are only concerned with keeping their houses full of Chinese shit & this addictive behavior of theirs continues to sell out their own financial and…ultimately…even their physical security. All of their “haters diatribe” and angry aggressive behavioral disorders prove that they’re nothing but the fools with “no mind of their own” that Orwell warned us about; so, they act out.

This is where I’d post a bunch of pictures representing the Insane Asylum they elected in 2020; but, instead, I’ll post just one pic…of one of their fellow angry brethren…one from their cult of hate…one that acted out, like them, and got caught…

Bwaaaaahaaaaaahaaaaaaaaa

That’s an interesting take.

Dudes who wear lipstick has never “phased me”…yet, look how you responded to my post…that’s “where YOU went” & I find that very interesting. Hell, didn’t you ever see Kiss, Crüe or Poison back in the day? So, darling (say it like Freddie would), it’s not about the lipstick…but, that’s ok…you just go ahead and attempt to “duck and cover” as your world of progressive kooks falls on your head.

Nothing really matters.
Anyone can see.

Nothing really matters, to me.

It might be 'how business deals work' but global economics isn't business. It's far more complicated.

Bohemian Rhapsody.
