I believe he admitted to being in the country illegally, and an immigration judge determined he should be deported, just not to El Salvador.

That would mean he had received a good deal of due process.

No due process being deported to El Salvador, when a judge order he could not be deported to El Salvador!

I'd be interested to find the admission report for him to the El Salvador prison. His tattoos would be documented I believe, and give some good info.

Clearly gang members, they need to be deported!

They are actually at a Chicago Bulls game. If you'll notice, I mentioned that it depends on the neighborhood.

He was given due process except for the clerical error, which it was. You can continue to try to blow it out of proportion.

Maybe you should read up on student visas, and what they are agreeing to when they apply for and get them. Common sense would be that if they signed up for one, and it stated breaking a US law could get their visa revoked, then don't break any laws.

Also, it seems the consequences are now being applied more objectively, rather than more subjectively as in the past.

This ridiculous victimhood mentality has to stop.

Driving a few miles an hour over the speed limit is ludicrous to remove someone for breaching.

As bad as our economy may be, China is in worse shape than us.  We can survive without China but China can NOT survive without the US.  Plus, they are the ones that are poisoning us with fentanyl and looking to take us over, over time.  He should charge them 500%.  Their government can EABOD!

I'm not so sure China couldn't get by without trade with the US. Their exports to US only represent 2% of their GDP and around 15% of their total exports, plus they have a massive and growing domestic market.

Over here in the US of A, we’re pretty sure they can’t.  If you Brits want to help keep them in business, then by all means, have at it.  Just don’t get mad when Trump cuts you off too.

The damage is done. That stock market bounce back sure didn’t last long. The “pause” still left a 10% or more tariff on the countries that is 3 or 4 times what it had been.

Tariffs are going to cause a huge increase in inflation that he claimed he was going to reduce inflation not increase it.

Why don’t y’all stop calling out tariffs and start calling it a new sales tax?  Cause that’s what it is.

Not exactly. Sales tax applies no matter where the product was made. Tariffs target countries. And create animosity and loss of trust. Especially when randomly applied to long time friends and allies. The effects of which will be long lasting and even more harmful that a simple tax.

But what about the tariffs imposed by those other nations? Guess that’s just good business?
