1) RD...is he really going as fast as JS/RC in 06/07? (youtube if you think so)
2) RD has been cruising, he has the rest covered...can he go 35 min at 110%? (no one knows yet)
3) JS...is pissed, and its not a good idea to get someone with that much speed pissed(remember what RC did after getting beat by anyone...remember what happened after roncada passed 259 in sx)
4)RD says... "I ain't gonna let anybody walk all over me", you will have to catch him first...

sooo. he's unbeatable yet you say he got beat... what happend to the professor of sentence structure?
That wouldn't be sentence structure moron. Home schooled? Drop-out? Too many concussions? Drugs?

Cool, was just asking as I've read/heard he trains by himself a lot... that is impressive.

Yes I put unbeatable instead of beatable. That is not sentence structure you dumbass. Yours was all fucked up with no capitalization or punctuation. This has been fun but now you are just boring. I have showed you what a stupid ass you are and am done.

ok so I agee that past preformance is a clear indicator of future resluts ....this sport is 100% in or nothing ....JS and him lame tv show is not the kind of training one needs to just walk on to the field and kick everyone....hey I can't fault the guy for taking a break and having some fun....but RD has taken no breaks....... and I really have nothing to add other than tune in or come on out and watch what happens , if it happens at dilla? I hope its worth the wait, but surly if JS can push like his best days of outdoors 125 cc riding it will be excellent ....but I don't think you can train for that level of preformance when your looking for the best shot for your tv show, reality my butt...when the gate drops the bull shit stops ....

Larry Brooks has said that sometimes there are bike set-up issues because James testing and race pace are really different. With a SX only contract, I don't think they have any real world outdoor settings to work with. That could play into his first few races back.

BTW, 'Dilla = live TV. Any coincidence that Stewart is making his return there, even though it is at a track he "hates?"

MXoN is a Red Bull event. Shorty deserves the ride, but Stewart is going to get it.

Can't be compared? Who has more Amatuer Titles? Who is the winningest 125 rider of all time? JS7 has a shot at passing RC on the all time wins list this coming SX season. You can say they aren't comparable on actual Outdoor Titles, but on speed and fitness?? Most definitely comparable!
How can you even compare someones amateur career to their pro career. If that was the case Mike Alessi would be king. He whooped RV in his amateur career and look how that carried on. It's funny how everyone can bag on other riders but when it comes to their rider getting bagged on they cry wolf.

Iiiiiiiiiiiiii think Stewart and Dungey BOTH know what to expect. Ryan is perfectly aware of James' incredible warp factor speed(and is probably trying to prepare himself for it-if there is such a thing)...and James knows full well that Ryan has steadily been building his speed and conditioning over this time. He knows Dungey is not the Dungey even back in the beginning of the SX season. He's even faster now. It promises to be interesting though...Smile

One other thing...can you guys that persist to verbal sparring over and again, take it PM.
It's a collosal bore and bummer to see 2-3 guys go at it over and over again on a thread.
Maybe refute once or twice, but after that, dang...drive on!
Like school yard kids at recess or something.....Jesus.
Thanks.

You were spot on, sir!

I was reflecting just a minute ago about my predictions. I thought Dungey would have a slight edge, but obviously wasn't confident enough in my belief to post it here. So, kudos on knowing your stuff!

I agree, watching James race the early laps of moto one gave a good indication on the level of progression in the past few years. In 2008, he blew by everyone at will. It's 2010 though, and everyone is faster, and Dungey is at the tip end of that progression.

How many times has it ever took Stewart 18 min to pass Short in his career. Shorts pace has not picked up in the last yr or 2. IMO, Stewart takes care of short in 4 to 5 corners max and checks out.

Right now Dungey is the best guy on the track right but he is no where near the level that Stewart races at.

IMO Stewart's can ride at 80% and wax these guys. There is no one fast enough to make him crash.

We will find out in 2 weeks but i will say it now that Stewart wins by 30-40 seconds over Dungey.
Oops. I think that I went overboard on how stupid I made some of My children. Please accept My apology.

Amen.

It's kind of amazing looking back and reading through some of the posts in this thread. I bet a lot of opinions changed in the last 14 months huh? Don't worry though....the same group of guys will come back in January and start the bullshit all over again. It's never ending.

I made a post after Pala that I believe RD and RV are better/faster riders at this point in time than RC was at his best. Wonder if it will be brought back from the dead someday?
