My take on your vid:
The band looks to be only a few weeks from playing their last backyard party for free drinks. This is a punk requirement. However, If you agree with me that 75 year old rockers should hang it the fuck up ( except Jeff Beck) then these guys are way too far past puberty to be playing this. The front chick gets a pass.

OK. I watched a different video of them and they are younger than they looked in your link. So, I guess they are OK. Real punk does not require great musicianship. In fact it is discouraged. She is fun to watch.

That ain,t punk man . The band sucks. I went to punk shows in 8th grade in the late 70,s. 80,s hard core punk was a blast slam dancing , jumping off the stage , spitting on skin head punks . Huge boom boxes on your shoulder blasting the Clashes 1st album . Making out with Stormy Otto punk rock princess . U young jerks missed out on the best time ever. Haha
