Sweet bike!

But, wtf a warranty? Never in my life heard someone buying a warranty on a dirt bike…

It happens. Years ago when I worked at a dealership, we would sell warranty and maintenance plans to anyone that would bite. I'll never forget a guy coming in with his girl to look at dirt bikes. He was trying to impress her and was talking a big game about how he races, blah blah blah. I sold him a RM250 Ricky Carmichael edition and he purchased a warranty and a maintenance (oil changes) plan for a 2-stroke. This dude clearly had no idea what he was doing, but he was trying his best to impress that girl. I made some good coin on that sale.

I'll do all my own maintenance, top ends but for $15, seemed like a deal. If I didn't,  it would grenade next week. Since I did nothing will break ever. Lol.

I just went looking at Race Techs calculator, and with your - scootscheerer - specs, but with an upgrade to B level, it had a 6kg rear spring, and 190.8 PSI in the forks as the recommendations.

I'm not 'arguing' with you , but, bloody hell,  a 6.8  rear spring and the ** 265psi ( I've never encountered Anyone using such a Monumental psi) as a combo is a Massive change .

** I might be blind, but I'm sure I read your initial reply to me had 275 and 265psi written - did you correct it? I myself, am forever correcting my Bear Paw eff ups here. 😁

I myself, have a preference for heavier spring rates than what most calculators put forward, but usually, only an extra .1 / .2 in the rear, and .01/.02 in the front. I prefer a slightly heavier spring rate, with  a bit less pre-load ( on my WPCC forks I use, I've made my own pre-load adjustment system - not external, but easily changed with the caps undone, by moving a clip &nbspWink  , basically, as I'm largely a 'sit down rider' with my leg problems, but deal with a lot of rocks / roots / small ledges in my riding.

LOL. Fat fingers. I corrected the front air pressure as I did type 265psi meaning 165psi and your right, that's a little low. The little pump was having quite a workout(started at 60psi) and was getting warm and I know warm air while have a higher pressure than cold so I was letting it settle.

My bad on the rear spring. I meant a 5.8kg. Fat fingers again. That may be a tad low but I'm not a pro and it was $131 shipped off of Ebay and I need to drop 10lbs. Should work out. Your right. 6.8 would be a big old boy. Thanks for the catch.
