Some of you may have already seen the thread about this that was posted on the main moto board a few weeks back. However, if not, I visited Namur last summer - the now-lost former home of the Belgian 500GP - and put together a cool track walk video on the most famous motocross track of all time.
I originally published it in five episodes, but have now combined those into one, hour-long programme.
If you’ve not seen it, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. And the photo montage at the very end is an emotional must-see.
I’ll be posting more track walks of famous GP circuits in the future. So, please subscribe to my YouTube channel to make sure that you get notified.
Thank you.

Thanks for sharing,
I went to the GP in 1990. A true bucket list item for me.
Excellent Rob. I enjoyed this video
Outstanding documentary/track walk of this famed GP course. Really enjoyed it — and especially the closing photo montage and accompanying music. Well done. Thanks for sharing, Rob.
The perfect song in my opinion.

I've been meaning to ask you about the state of the 'stands / steps / plinths / forecourt ' in front of the Building that is shown in your Wonderful Doco.
It looks dreadful. I'm sure it was in far better 'nick' the last time I was there.
I guess it could be just awaiting, or 'in' the process of being done up, like being re-stucco'd / painted / whatever, but that building is , I assume, pretty important to the Town / Region / Country I would think, far above it's Motocross history.
It certainly looked old when I was there last year. However, I’m sure I saw something recently where they had started renovation on that part.
Awesome pure and simple. Thank you for that Rob. It would be awesome if they brought back one old track each year. To the GPs. American moto and Supercross. Make the track justt as it was in 1988 or whatever year. It would allow people to see where we came from, where we are now and possibly open up some new / old ideas.
Thanks for sharing.
