The Mirtle thing was obviously bubbling away for a few weeks. Legal documents like that don’t get prepped overnight.

Brining it back to racing, I got questions:

Is that why Jet and Hunter rode badly at A1?

Is the “we had to adjust for the stiffness of the chassis’ now code for my “agent is robbing me”?

With this “off their chest” will they ride better in the coming weeks?

Should the media ask them to share the impact to their racing? Too soon?

No, they rode bad at A1 because Davey Coombs told them too.

So you're the target audience for Wil's trackside reporting?

I didn't know any of you actually existed.  Welcome to planet Earth.

Zero impact whatsoever.

Their problem is that they are about 2 months behind on Supercross testing with that new 2025 Honda.

All things considered, their results are super impressive with dealing with the things they are. I’ve been through it and it’s mentally draining.

Kudos to you Lawrence’s!! Keep it up!

I won't say that it had zero impact, because everything has some impact. I just feel like the positives they have in their life far outweigh this minor speed bump. Also, they are professionals. One of the things pros do is focus on the task at hand and cut out the distractions.

Unless he setup their suspension. Negative.

Sounds like you are just making excuses for them.

I would say that the betray from their friend or almost ”family” had a larger impact than the money they lost.

I’m surprised so many people are saying no, having a falling out with someone that close to you is going to have an impact on you no matter what. It’s crazy to me how well they’ve handled all of this from the outside

What part of the track did Mirtl help them the most?

I agree 100%. You find out your wife is cheating with your best friend, it's going to mess with you. You find out the guy thats been 'part of the family's has been blatantly stealing over half a million?  That's going to mess with you.

I could easily see they first found out right before A1 and didn't have all the info yet, still have a bunch of uncertainty, and theyre not going to be in the best possible headspace. Now they know, have been able to process, and riding gets gets better.

Combine that with some bike setup issues and there you go.
