I hope he can stay healthy all year and learn as much as he can!

It’s a shame he can’t race 250 supercross

Wish he would just sit out the rest of SX so we can see him healthy for outdoors. Jett vs Tomac vs Prado vs Sexton outdoors would be insane

Hes better off in 450’s. Those 250 kids don’t have a care in the world.

Would he want to though?  He’s been a 450 rider for a few years now.  He’d have to re-learn the 250, then do the same going back to the 450 in a year or two.

When Reed came to the US he was basically forced to ride 125/250F class for a year even though he’d never ridden that class as a professional, won multiple AUS SX titles and finished second in 250 MXGP the year before.

I thought the reason Reed rode the 125 class when he first came over here was because Yamaha of Troy and Phil Alderton were the ones who were willing to get him over here. I dont think Reed had any big bike offers, even if he wanted to go straight to the 250 class. YOT may have been his only option to America.

Seriously though, did Kawasaki shut their press department down?

We all know he’s hurt, we all know he’s missing multiple weeks…

Even Kawasaki said that all they want to do is get the whole season in. They didn’t even care about results so why not just tell us. I don’t get it

They want all the publicity when it’s good. They want everyone to be excited for prado to come here, they hype him up but really this sport could care less about their fans…. Something happens to literally the only off season story and all we get is Crickets.

When will the factory teams begin hiring riders for their speciality?

Kawasaki could’ve hired someone else for the SX series, leaving Prado in full fitness and health for outdoors.

I’m guessing not many want the partial pay check for only riding one series.

2022 same thing. Same shoulder dislocated. Missed one GP because of it.
Also he hurt his shoulder at SD after running into Bloss in the heat race. Not sure if it was the same side though. And he finished the night fine, so probably wasn't a big deal

Not good that it’s happened before. It seems that when people start dislocating the same shoulder over and over it starts coming out easier in the future.

Dang it. Does anyone remember how long AC was out after he got his shoulder tightened up after his dislocations? Google says 4-6 months but these professional athletes how a different timeline often.

Well that’s some & some.

Kenny does

Jeremy did.
Chad did.
Brayton

Friese.

Philthy said he would too.

We might be surprised.

Those first three guys had already made their millions before going SX only.  Also SX only is probably going to pay a lot more than MX only (in the US).

Maybe so, but now Jorge isn’t earning what he should, and Kawasaki and Monster aren’t getting the exposure they were expecting.

So losses all round.
