Moto Podcast Shows

Industry Seating is probably my favorite. JT's behind the scenes take is actually informative and isnt done as a fanboy or gloating. I wish the audio was better ha, I picture JT laid out on a bed staring at the ceiling with a phone on his chest while he talks

I listen to most moto pods consistently except moto aftermath and whiskey throttle and a few others. My favorites are Pulp, JT’s Pod, Gypsy Tales, Daniel Blair’s youtube videos, most of the Vurb Podcasts, including Winners take y’all, and Weege’s podcast, as well as the vital mx pods.

Pulp is usually always good. Some of the rants and tangents are a bit played out, but it's nice to have a 5-6 hour podcast to listen to throughout the work week.

I really, really like the The Re-Raceables with Steve, Weege and Rarick. The categories are great.

I like some of Keefer's stuff, but I'm not a fan of his "testing".

Can't stand Gypsy, and there is no way I'm paying for a Podcast when there is so much other content out there for free.

The Racer X review pod (Steve, JT, Weege) is the gold standard. It’s somewhat overshadowed by the pulp show now but it’s always been Steve’s best show.
1. Racer X race review

2. Pulp Show

3. Main Event

4. Re-Raceables

5. Gypsy

Anyone who lists "Suck it Steve" and/or Cookie is a Moran!

Slightly off topic, but I got to meet Jim at the Saitama round of the Japanese nationals last month. I think it threw him off a bit when there was all these Japanese people around and he hears my big dumb gaijin ass say "Holy shit, Jim Holley!" He absolutely couldn't have been nicer, either. Hope I get to run into him at another round sometime.

For the size and exposure of moto, that is a LOT of podcast options....I get lost trying to keep up

Same honestly, I usually listen to them when i’m gaming or doing homework, taking photos, etc. I always like having something to listen to.

I love the history of the sport behind the WT interviews.  Some of the backgrounds are fascinating.

Anton leaving Swap to go "independent" is very interesting.  I feel Swap is nothing but a brofest anyway and he offers essentially nothing of value.

I reckon it’ll have promise. Always liked when Anton appears on Pulp stuff. He comes across as intelligent and professional. Should be a good change from Swap stuff

I agree. Surprised he stayed this long. I’ll give him some listens.

I didn’t watch the whole 55 minute video but the first 5-7 minutes when they were talking about him leaving it sure didn’t seem Anton was super excited about it.

Sitting there arms crossed, damn near in tears.

Interesring for sure.

Yeah, my guess is Swap is not pulling in enough money to fund all that travel and pay him as well.  I could be wrong of course, but the business model does not seem sustainable.

Too many shows out there with multiple people on em but if I’m gonna rank my top 5 moto media content creators it would go:

1. Coach Robb 2. Keefer 3. Blair 4. Lewis 5. Cooksey

I like motoaftermath show. Guys are just couch watchers like most of us. The captions and youtube thumbnails are dog water though. Hopefully they get better with that in 2025

Jim is a great person and has soooooooo many stories.  Love to hear him on the Pulp show. Friendly dude, just keep him away from your better half.  LOL.
