9.4k is probably not a bad deal for a 25 Honda.  25 is going to be a good year for Honda.

Great deal on a great bike, congrats! A proper chassis prep/grease job, A'ME glue on grips, a gold chain, and your favorite front tire are the only 'needs' 👍
