People who don't understand the term racism or even what RACE is, should refrain from posting about things they don't comprehend.

As for the penalty, our rule-book would allow for docking the rider 5 positions.

It should not make a difference because he did seem to gain an advantage, but when the guy does not end up at the front at the finish they just seem to look the other way.

All MX rule-books depend too much on the word "MAY" and not enough on the word "WILL". That leaves situations like this in a gray area instead of plain ole black & white.

What was negative about his post?

We all saw the incident and it was being discussed by DC and Emig.

All 500guy did was pose the question of how or if rule be enforced. Some times there is a time penalty or positions docked.

If you CAN cut it it deserves to be cut, if it turns into a faster line then others will cut it and therefor it is no longer a advantage but a smart line, rules are made to be broken. If there was the green mesh track fence that we use in the GP`s then he would cut and be wound up in a green mass when he watched the rest of the race from the side of the track , immediate penalty inflicted.
