Listened to some bits of the Bob Walker Gypsy Tales podcast he mentions a huge mainstream brand that they (He and Brian Deegan) lost at the last minute, the way he spoke was like it is known what brand it was.....
Any ideas?
Spencer’s gifts.
At times I just have to turn Gypsy off. The "bros" and the "likes" get out of control. He has great guests and I want to listen, but some times I just can't take it. I only made it about 30 seconds in the Forkner podcast...

I can look past the bros , sicks and likes its the 70% of him talking that gets me, I wanted to listen to the Brian Deegan one but gave up as he was hardly saying a thing, gypsy just rambles long monologues i dont care what he thinks i want to hear the guests thoughts

Cant listen to the ass hat. He epitomises the downfall of good interview technique.
I’ve got a few hobby’s and they all have a podcast run by someone who finds a way to make every podcast about themselves the entire show. Jase plays this deflective “people don’t understand the structure of the poddy bro” card often, claiming immunity from interview etiquette because his podcast is supposed to be a conversation. Jase…even if it were just a conversation (which it surely isn’t you just lack accountability) let the people with the story to tell have the floor. Nobody cares that you are the okayest jiu jitsu hobbyist. Let your guest take up 80% of the 3 hour window instead of 40%.
Can someone edit Gypsy episodes so it's only the guest speaking? Would be enjoyable and only 1 hour long.
Why would you want to do that. If you did all you would hear is this guy gobbling Brian's knob.
Which is why I listen to Ping and his Whiskey Throttle podcast. He let's the guests tell their story...
