Its sort of a good and bad with the quads, if conditions are good they make the track worse. If its a mudfest they do make some of these trails rideable by getting rid of that top layer of thick nasty shit.

Do they mess up some ruts? Yes. WGAF, everyone rides the same thing. I look at it as more money for the track, local shops, etc. Everyone wins except the Karens.

What you posted is a meta study that takes results based largely on smoking, which we can all agree is horrible for you regardless of what you're smoking. Recent research on low dose usage points to what I posted above and the benefits that can be observed.

It's the opposite of that. The whole point of the review is to look at the effects of nicotine independent of smoking. Many of the studies are highly controlled animal studies done in a lab with pure nicotine. They aren't giving the mice cigarettes to smoke. 

Did you get to the point in the review that you posted where it listed who the funding came from?
