Read this on face book this morning. Caught stealing at Three Palms MX, Conroe, Texas. The good thing they were caught in Montgomery county, not Harris. If they were caught in Harris/Houston they wouldn’t have even got a slap on the wrist. Montgomery county will more than likely come down hard on them.

Damn. Half of them aren’t even legal adults. Hell in a hand basket.
A couple of them close enough in age will more than likely get tried as adults. You can get tried as an adult in Texas at 17 from what little I know.
I don’t know what they were caught with. I read bikes and gear. I ain’t got no use for a thief.
It was funny reading in Facebook some lady complaining about people publishing the kids info, she was quickly informed it was public record. You get caught in Texas your business is on the street, everything from age, to address.
Barber shortage in Texas😂
Sad, Harris County used to kick ass on crime from what I recall…”progress”…🤦♂️
The Shop
Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts

DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Parenting shortage as well
😅They are not going to charge them as adults and its not even a option because that's not how it works, now if it was murder or a violent felony then maybe. Doubt they get any real punishment.
They all will spend less then a year if any locked up.
Theft of less than $750 is a class B misdemeanor in Texas, max sentence of 180 days in jail and/or $2,000 fine.
dipshits might as well move to CA, make a career out of it
hey heeeey
Come on kid, is that a wig???

Nailed it. I don't have Facebook, so I'll fill in the gaps...
If there were minors AND adults arrested for the same incident, the minors will not only NOT get charged as adults, a good lawyer will turn them into victims and the adults will get an added charge for involving them. Theft as a whole has been deescalated/decriminalized almost nationwide, it's incredibly difficult for actual jail time to be handed down in theft cases, let alone prison time.
It's a terrible cycle in that world of DA's not filing and that just filters down to the enforcement agencies "not wasting their time" on cases like this. It's pathetic, but it's reality.
I just screenshot him and was going to post him too. All of the other kids at least look like they regret what they did .This kid looks way too happy . The other kids at least have the look of regret on their faces while this kid is smiling away like he enjoyed the cavity search . Glad they got them. Hope all of the stolen stuff was returned and not damaged.
On a sidenote, I saw women that has a business local to me was walking to make a deposit and dropped $3k in cash Infront of city hall. There is a small park like area with rotary around it and I guess she dropped it and it blew all over. People started to grab it. She was given some of it back, and Police tried to recover more of it but in total she only got $500 of the 3K back. Its a newer business that was started this year. A thrift shop that charges by the pound. And they are only open every other weekend. Sucks that people are so dishonest these days.
First thing I noticed was the smiling mug shot. Looks like he was quite proud of himself.
We need to watch our stuff close. Last year, year before a guy had a near new Honda stolen at Rio Bravo. Walked a little ways off to a friend and when he came back it was gone.
The difference in reactions in this thread vs the thread about the dealership theft is wild.
Hope he gets it in the ass while in jail. Maybe that will wake him up
The only good thief is a dead one
Don't value someone else's stuff over your life
We know 2 of those kids. One of the girls came knocking on my camper door at a race accusing my kid and his friend of stealing her wallet, they didn't. I was told by several people out there that the girl is crazy and always involved in something.
One of the guys rides at the local track and my kid talked to him a bit. Didn't expect this from him based on the little interaction I've had with him, but also heard from others that he's been a problem lately.
Glad they got caught, hopefully this will straighten them up before they fully ruin their lives.
Pit Row
A lifetime of no consequences for bad behavior is a government sanctioned incentive to 'elevate' the 'bad' in the bad behavior. Where will it all end?
What's Savatgy doing trying to steal bikes? He's with Firepower now isn't he?
If these kids would have been caught at Rio Bravo, Harris county honorable judge Linda Hildalgo would have not only turned them loose. She would gave them a participation award for stealing even though they got caught in the act and didn’t get away with anything.
They may only get a slap on the wrist but a Montgomery county wrist slap may hurt.
I’m headed to Baybrook Mall…………….got to get me a wig!!!
When i go to rio bravo i blow all the stop signs & try not to go under 10-15 mph because they'll steal your bikes out your vehicle while you're rolling down the road.
Anyone know if they ever found all those Honda race bikes that got stolen from Phoenix Honda?
Its an even more white trash version of Deegan.
What The eff do you call that? The hair style or lack thereof I mean..
